How to set it up

Connect bank feeds
Find the integration in your Revolut Business settings, click Connect for Bank feed, and grant access in QuickBooks.

Choose what to sync
Select the Revolut Business accounts you want to sync transactions for and click Authorise.

Link your accounts
Map your Revolut Business accounts to QuickBooks’ chart of accounts, select a sync start date, and click Connect.

Auto-sync expenses
Connect Expenses in Revolut Business, grant access in QuickBooks, map your accounts, and check that Auto-sync is toggled on.

Import and export bills
Switch on the import and export toggles to auto-sync bills and corresponding payments, and map them to the right accounts.
