  • Revolut announces Antoine Le Nel as new Chief Growth & Marketing Officer
  • Fiona Davies will become Revolut’s new Head of Growth for UK, Ireland, and Nordics

Revolut, the global fintech with over 9 million UK customers and 45 million globally, has announced the appointments of its new Chief Growth & Marketing Officer, as well as Head of Growth for UK, Ireland, and Nordics.

Antoine Le Nel, who has been serving as Vice President of Growth & Partner for the past three years, is stepping into a new role as Chief Growth & Marketing Officer. In this expanded role, Antoine will lead teams across all 38 of Revolut’s markets, driving the company's global growth strategy and marketing initiatives. During his tenure as VP of Growth, Revolut reached over 30 million customers in Europe (45 million worldwide) and secured the top spot as the most downloaded financial app in 16 countries.

In addition to Antoine’s appointment, Revolut is strengthening its team in the UK. Fiona Davies has been appointed Head of Growth for UK, Ireland, and Nordics, to drive further customer growth across Northern Europe. She will be reporting to Antoine as he builds on Revolut’s marketing success. Fiona has been at Revolut since 2019, and was previously Head of Consumer Product Marketing. Prior to Revolut, Fiona worked at a B2B HealthTech startup in Silicon Beach, California.

Fiona Davies said of her new role:“Since joining Revolut over five years ago, I have seen the company grow beyond belief from just a few million customers to tens of millions, with our ambitions only continuing to rise. From the UK and Ireland being two of our biggest markets, to the Nordic markets gaining traction, the entire region is a key driver for Revolut’s global expansion, so I am thrilled to be joining as a leader on the Growth team at such a crucial and exciting time for the company.”

Reflecting on both his and Fiona’s appointment, Antoine Le Nel said:"I am delighted Fiona will be running the Growth team for UK, Ireland and Nordics. Having joined the company at a relatively early stage in its lifecycle, she understands the business through and through and I’m sure will have a tremendous impact on the markets she covers.

We have so much more to accomplish as we strive to become the number one global bank. I am thrilled to lead our talented teams across all our markets and continue pushing the boundaries of innovation in the financial industry."
