We're looking for a forward-thinking Operations Manager to be at the forefront of managing our financial processes. You'll be driving efficiencies and enhancing control frameworks on how we conduct audits.

What you’ll be doing

Acting as the right hand to the Interim CFO, helping organize, coordinate, and maintain operational structure across the local Finance team
Managing cross-functional project prioritization by coordinating with Product, Operations, and other teams to align business goals with Finance team capacity
Coordinating product launch workflows (NIAPs/L-NIAPs in Jira), tracking sub-tickets and deliverables across Treasury, Accounting, Tax, FP&A, and Controllership
Serving as the Product Owner/Project Manager for Treasury Investment Products (e.g., treasury bonds, derivatives), leading scoping and project execution to support bank liquidity and capital management
Partnering with Business Risk Managers (BRMs) to track, manage, and resolve risk incidents and compliance issues raised against Finance
Leading weekly prioritization and status meetings with the Finance team to align on core deliverables, regulatory requests, and operational priorities
Identifying operational blockers and root causes, proactively proposing data-driven solutions, and escalating risks to senior leadership when necessary
Aligning local priorities with Group Finance teams, managing dependencies with international stakeholders (e.g., Group Accounting) for seamless feature rollouts

What you'll need

3+ years of professional experience in project management, operations, or business consulting
A degree in STEM (Engineering), Accounting, Economics, or Finance
Strong project management skills with proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives, manage Jira workflows, and track sub-tickets across cross-functional teams
Good understanding of financial and banking concepts (accounting, tax, treasury, and financial modeling) to bridge product launches with finance execution
Proven ability to identify blockers, run root-cause analysis, and independently propose structured solutions
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decisions and present clear, data-driven evidence to senior leadership
Proactive initiative and courage to take full ownership of projects, resolve priorities, and drive cross-department alignment

Nice to have

Previous experience in Fintech or Banking
Knowledge or hands-on experience with Treasury Investment Products (e.g., treasury bonds, derivatives, liquidity, and capital management)
