FAQs

  • The entire process is online. All interviews are conducted via video calls.

  • After passing two assessments and meeting with a recruiter, you'll be invited to participate in back-to-back interviews testing your skills and culture fit on 22 September.

    You'll start with a Problem Solving interview, move on our to Bar Raiser stage, and end with a Team Fit call.

    If selected, you'll receive an offer within 24 hours.

  • You’re exactly who we’re looking for. This hiring track is designed for junior to mid-level candidates who have 1 to 5 years of experience. Graduates are also welcome to apply.

    If you have more experience, please apply via our standard hiring track.

  • We’re flexible and have a remote-first approach, and you're welcome to visit your local office when you want.

  • If you're not selected this time, you're welcome to review our feedback and reapply after 6 months, following our standard process.

  • We’re actively hiring in Brazil, India, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, and the UAE.

    If you’re based outside these markets, you’re still welcome to apply, as we can support relocation to the UAE.

  • We offer relocation support to the UAE for you and your immediate family. Relocation is considered on a case-by case basis. Some conditions apply, and your recruiter can share more details during your call.
