Revolut’s People and Recruitment teams come together to bring A-players into our offices around the world, and ensure that their everyday experience at work enables them to thrive and develop professionally. They are the foundation of all we do at Revolut, inspiring and defining our company culture.

How we work

Strong communication and close professional relationships are the cornerstones of these teams’ work. As Revolut has grown into a mature start-up, they have created the structure that enables Revoluters to deliver quality work on a daily basis. Building a team of A-Players requires the dedicated internal Recruitment team to handle all candidates from source to hire, delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Once Revoluters are on board, the People team leads the charge in making Revolut a positive and empowering work environment, building an inclusive and supportive corporate culture by strengthening employee engagement and development.

How we collaborate

The People and Recruitment teams are encouraged to form strong relationships across the whole company, to better enable seamless cross-functional collaboration. Within their teams, they meet regularly to align on departmental roadmaps and foster strong relationships. Many of these roles are highly specialised, from diversity and inclusion, to recruiters that handle specific departments.

These teams work closely with all departments to bring in A-Players and provide support to ensure that our Revoluters have all the resources they need on a daily basis, including their own.
