How to use the in-app Help Centre
For less-urgent or general inquiries, the Help Centre is your first stop. It’s packed with how-to guides, tutorials, and answers to frequently asked questions.

How to contact Revolut customer support via the in-app chat
If you can’t find the answer you need in our Help Centre, or your request is urgent, Revolut provides on-demand support through our in-app chat, which lives in the Help Centre.
Our customer service agents are available 24/7 to help in any way they can — including answering questions about your account status, clarify eligibility for our services, explaining how to use products and features, and more.
To open a new chat with our support team, tap your profile icon in the top-left corner of the app's home screen -> Help -> Chat at the bottom of the screen.

How to report a call from someone claiming to be a Revolut employee
Remember, Revolut will only call you through the app. If it’s not in the app, it’s not us.
If you’re on a call with someone claiming to be from Revolut Support, reach out via the in-app chat to confirm that it’s really us on the phone.
Revolut will never ask you to:
- Transfer money to a 'safe account'
- Ignore fraud warnings
- Share your PIN or passwords
- Make any payment under pressure
If you think you may have fallen victim to a Revolut Support impersonation scam, stop all communication with the scammer and freeze your card. Report any transactions via the app and, if possible, report the matter to the police.
