2. Enter your 4-digit passcode, or use biometric authentication (face or fingerprint scan)

How to log in on a new phone

If you’ve upgraded your device or lost your old one, accessing your account on a new device is simple. This process also works if you can't log in to Revolut due to a lost, stolen, or damaged phone.

1. Download the latest version of the Revolut app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store onto your new device
2. Open the app and tap Log in
3. Enter the mobile number that's linked to your existing Revolut account
4. We'll send you a one-time passcode (OTP) via SMS to verify your number
5. You’ll be asked to enter your existing 4-digit passcode
6. For security reasons, you may be asked to take a quick selfie to confirm your identity — this is a crucial step in protecting your account when logging in from a new device

Once confirmed, you'll be successfully logged in to Revolut on a new phone. Your new device will now be linked to your account.

How to log in to Revolut via the web app

You don’t always need your phone to check your balance or manage your money. You can use the Revolut online login through the Revolut web app on any desktop or laptop computer. To access the web app:

You've forgotten your passcode

Don't worry, forgetting your passcode is easy to fix and you won’t be locked out forever.

1. On the app login screen, tap the Forgot your passcode? button

3. You may be asked to confirm your identity by taking a new selfie. This ensures that only you can access your account

What to do if your phone is lost or stolen

Once logged in, head to your profile in the top-right corner. Then, tap Security → Lost Device and follow the instructions to log out from your devices and temporarily freeze your cards.
