Our Mastercard top-up fee has changed

About our card top-up fees

• We've removed our top-up fee for domestic Mastercard credit and debit cards, effective from 11 June 2024.
• The top-up fee for domestic Mastercard prepaid cards has been lowered from 1.7% to 1.3%.
• Please keep in mind, a top-up fee of 1.7% for all international and commercial Mastercard cards remains.
• Money added by Visa debit cards (excluding international and commercial cards) continues to be free of charge.

New card top-up fees

We'll clearly display any fees in-app when you're topping up by card, so you'll see what you have to pay before you hit go. Make sure you have the most up to date version of the Revolut app so the correct fee is displayed.

How to top up without added fees

With the following ways, you can add funds completely fee-free:

• Domestic bank transfer¹
• Overseas bank transfer (via SWIFT)², available from 25 July 2024
• Domestic Visa debit card³
• Domestic Mastercard credit and debit cards³

¹There may be fees charged by the initiating bank for transfers.

² We don't charge you any fees to receive SWIFT transfers, but the sending bank or intermediary banks may apply their own fees.

³ A fee of 1.7% is charged with international and commercial cards.

The top-up fee for Apple or Google Pay is the same as the fee for topping up via card, and will be effective from 11 September 2024.
