Changes to card top-up fees (old information)

What you need to know about your card fees

Starting 17 May 2023, you will start being charged fees for card top-ups.

About your card top-up fees

We're adding a fee (tax included) when topping up by card, which will be effective from 17 May 2023.

  • Current card top-up fee: No fees
  • New card top-up fee: 1.7％¹

¹Money added by domestic bank transfer as well as VISA debit cards (excluding international and commercial cards) will continue to be free of charge.

We'll clearly display any fees in-app when you're topping up by card, so you'll see what you have to pay before you hit go.

How to top up without added fees

You can add your funds completely fee-free with the following methods:

  • Domestic bank transfer²
  • Domestic VISA debit card

    • ²There may be fees charged by the initiating bank for transfers.
