How to contact Revolut Support on social media: tips and best practices

The most efficient way to contact Revolut customer support is through our in-app chat. Here's how:
Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner and select Help. You can scroll through the FAQs to see if your answer is there. If you need personalised support, scroll down and select Chat at the bottom of the screen.
If you're unable to access the app, you can also reach us on social media. We're available to assist with various issues, either publicly or through direct messages.
While our team can offer general assistance publicly, we'll always ask you to move the conversation to private direct messages (DMs) when discussing anything that requires sharing personal details.
We do this to maintain your privacy and protect your account from potential fraudsters. Never share sensitive information, such as your email address, phone number, or account details, in public comments or posts.
Our team can help by:
- providing you with information and help you find what you need
- assisting with login or account access problems
- helping you access the in-app chat to connect with our live agents
- listening to your feedback and suggestions so we can improve your experience
If you’re not a Revolut customer yet, we’ll be happy to answer your questions and guide you through the sign-up process.
To make sure you’re really talking to our team, we’ve put together the below guide on what we will and won’t ask you over social media, as well as a list of our official accounts.
Our social media support team may ask you for:
- the email address associated with your Revolut account
- the phone number linked to your Revolut account
- your full name or date of birth (only if we're unable to match your details using your email and phone number)
Our support team will never ask you for:
- your passcode
- your card number or a photo of it
- your card PIN
- a photo of your ID
And, above all, we’ll never ask you to move your money to another account. Ever.
