Get set up in minutes
All you need is your Terminal to get started, and you’ll be taking payments in no time. Here’s our 3-step guide.
Step 1: turn on your Terminal
Once your Terminal arrives pre-loaded with receipt paper, just turn it on and:- Select a language
- Connect it to WiFi
- Wait a couple minutes for the device to update
Step 2: activate your device
To get your Terminal ready to take payments, follow the on-screen steps to:- Log into your Revolut Business account
- Choose or add your shop location
- Create a passcode for processing refunds
Step 3: take payments
You’re all set — now you can accept and manage payments in 19 currencies, directly from your Terminal.Make it yours
Once you’re set up, customise your Terminal to work for your business.- Turn on tipping options for your customers
- Add or create items, prices, and categories directly on the Terminal, or from the Revolut Business app
- Choose from a dark or light background
- Check sale analytics in your Business account for total oversight that on what’s working

- Payments processed through the Revolut Terminal will settle into your Revolut Business Merchant account within 24 hours.
- The Revolut Terminal supports swipe, Chip & PIN, and contactless payments from Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro payments. You can also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut Pay.
- You need to create a profile for team members in your Revolut Business account and set them up with ‘Merchant' permissions to manage sales. They also need to have access to 'Manage POS Sales.’
