About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help us ensure compliance with our regulatory reporting obligations in Lithuania. You’ll be enhancing our existing processes and leading the implementation of new reporting requirements.

What you'll be doing

  • Serving as the local expert for Lithuanian regulatory reporting compliance across the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI), Deposit and Investment Insurance (IID), and the Bank of Lithuania (BOL)
  • Analysing new and updated mandates to translate them into technical and data specifications
  • Conducting system reviews to identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and undocumented reporting procedures
  • Developing comprehensive business requirement documents, functional specifications, and precise data mapping
  • Overseeing the end-to-end implementation of reporting solutions, supporting IT and Data teams from testing to implementation
  • Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams as well as external auditors and regulators
  • Documenting and updating regulatory reporting workflows, operational procedures, and data lineage
  • Investigating and resolving data quality anomalies and discrepancies within regulatory reports
  • Identifying and executing opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains within the reporting function

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience in financial business analysis with a focus on regulatory reporting
  • Direct exposure to Lithuanian regulatory frameworks
  • Fluency in Lithuanian (native level) to confidently interact with local regulatory authorities
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills to support internal and international collaboration
  • Proficiency in SQL and data querying tools, and a solid grasp of data modelling concepts
  • A sharp analytical mind capable of translating complex legal matters into practical business solutions
  • A solid understanding of core business analysis principles, methodologies, and documentation tools
  • A track record of building collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Impeccable attention to detail to guarantee absolute precision and accuracy in data deliverables
  • Self-motivation to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and manage tight deadlines

Nice to have

  • Experience with regulatory reporting software or platforms
  • Knowledge of banking products and operations
  • Familiarity with process re-engineering and automation
  • Project management experience or certification

Compensation range

  • Lithuania: €3,700 - €5,000 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
