About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a Finance Services Manager to support local treasury and settlement operations, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our day-to-day financial activities.

What you'll be doing

  • Ensuring timely settlement of treasury transactions and investigations of reconciliation breaks
  • Partnering with the Treasury team for cash projections, and building funding models for new product launches
  • Managing the liquidity across accounts to meet funding requirements for client activity
  • Ensuring trades are booked, processed, and executed correctly by our Settlements team
  • Monitoring cash positions across entity accounts, including external Nostro accounts (SWIFT)
  • Managing payments and securities movements through local market infrastructure (BCRA MEP, CRYL, A3 Mercados, COELSA, and Caja de Valores)

What you'll need

  • 2+ years of experience in settlements, treasury operations, or banking back office roles at a bank or financial institution in Argentina
  • Direct operational experience preparing and monitoring payments via BCRA MEP (Medio Electrónico de Pagos)
  • Experience with local clearing house payment processing (Cámaras Compensadoras)
  • A solid understanding of cash position monitoring, treasury reconciliation, and trade confirmation processes
  • Proficiency in SWIFT messaging (MT103, MT202, MT535, MT540–MT599)
  • Impressive Excel/Sheets skills
  • Knowledge of maker-checker (4-eye) controls
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience settling trades on the A3 Mercados electronic exchange
  • Familiarity with treasury management systems (e.g., Orchestrade, Murex, Calypso)
  • Practical knowledge of CRYL, Caja de Valores, and CVSA operations, including securities custody and DvP settlement
  • Experience with treasury products (call money/interbank deposits, bonds) or Nostro account reconciliation
  • An understanding of BCRA regulatory reporting requirements related to payments and treasury functions (e.g., Efectivo Mínimo, RPC)
