  • Revolut Business lets you create digital invoices in minutes, from your Revolut Business mobile or web app. You can add multiple payment options to your invoices to make it easy for customers to pay you, including card payment options, bank transfers, and Revolut Pay. We also help to monitor your invoices, tracking your payments from start to finish. Plus, you can set automatic reminders to encourage faster payments. Learn more about Invoices.
  • With an active Merchant account, you can send an invoice to your customers, which easily tells them how much money they owe you for services or products you provided. An invoice is an official way to keep a record of each sale you make, including how much money the customer needs to pay you. To send an invoice to one of your clients, simply:
    • Go to Invoice in your Revolut Business
    • Click New invoice
    • Add or select the customer you want to send the invoice to
    • Fill out the invoice details
    • Review your invoice (some details can only be edited in Invoice Settings)
    • If everything checks out, click Send

  • The currencies in which invoices can be sent depend on the payment method — which varies if you have an active Merchant account. 1. With an active Merchant account on Revolut Business, you can choose to be paid via:
    • Bank transfer — AED, AUD, BGN, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, HUF, ILS, JPY, MXN, NOK, NZD, PLN, QAR, RON, RUB, SAR, SEK, SGD, THB, TRY, USD, ZAR
    • Card payment — AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, HUF, ILS, JPY, MXN, NOK, NZD, PLN, RON, SEK, SGD, THB, TRY, USD, ZAR
    • Revolut Pay — AED, AUD, BGN, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, HUF, ILS, JPY, MXN, NOK, NZD, PLN, QAR, RON, RUB, SAR, SEK, SGD, THB, TRY, USD, ZAR
    2. If you don’t have a Merchant account on Revolut Business, you can be paid via bank transfers in these currencies: EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, CHF, JPY, AUD, HKD, SEK, DKK, NOK, NZD, PLN, ZAR Learn more about Invoices.
  • When creating a new invoice, under Additional options, you can select what payment method(s) you want to accept from your customer, including card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay, and/or bank transfers. However, if you don't have an active Merchant account, invoices can only be paid via bank transfer. Once your invoice has been created and sent, your customer will receive an email with a link to a hosted payment page. They’ll then be able to view the payment method(s) you’ve chosen for the invoice on this page, and make the payment. If your customer is paying you with a card, you’ll receive the money in 24 hours in your Merchant account. Learn more about Invoices.
  • You can enable automatic reminders while creating an invoice to make sure customers know when it's due date is approaching or if it’s overdue. To do this:
    1. Click on New invoice
    2. Under Additional options, click on automatic reminders
    3. Enable automatic reminders
    Once you've done this, we'll send a reminder to the customer automatically 7 days before the invoice is due, on the day the invoice is due, and 3 days after the due date. Learn more about Invoices.
  • Once your customer has made the payment, you’ll receive the funds in your Revolut Business account within 24 hours. Learn more about Invoices.
