1. Merchant Services Transaction Fees
The table below shows the fees we charge when a Merchant uses our Merchant Services processing services (the Merchant Fees).
Our Merchant Services are currently in a testing phase. You are not able to access or use these Merchant Services unless you have been invited to by us. These Merchant Terms may be updated when our Merchant Services exit this testing phase and are publicly launched, and you agree that any such change can be made with immediate effect upon notice to you, so long as the does not increase any fees, remove any features, or is otherwise materially adverse to you.
Our Merchant Fees are made up of two components:
- the flat fee; and
- the variable fee which depends on the transaction value.
If the transaction value is less than the applicable fee, we will cap the fee charged at the value of the transaction.
Merchant Fees are payable on all transactions, both online and in person, regardless of the method used to process the payment.
The exchange fee for fiat currencies applies if the Merchant exceeds its Business plan allowance. For further information on plan allowances please see our Business Fees Page.
