What is the Promotion about?
- What: (1) The first 30 attendees will receive a Manchester City Football Club 26/27 Home Shirt (valued at £85 each) with optional free shirt printing (the Free Gift), or (2) the next 600 attendees get the chance to win one of the following Prizes by taking part in our Scratch Card promotion:
- One of 50 Free Printing token - entitles you to name and number personalisation at the Manchester City Stadium Store;
- One of five pairs of VIP Box tickets for Manchester City Womens Football Club vs Arsenal on 4 October 2026;
- One of two pairs of Legends Hospitality tickets for Manchester City vs Tottenham on 3 January 2027;
- One of four Manchester City Football Club 26/27 Training Shirts.
(Together the Prizes)
- Who: Existing and prospective Personal customers residing in the United Kingdom (the UK) who engage with a Revolut Ambassador.
- When: The promotion will take place at the Revolut Activation at the Etihad Stadium, Manchester on 20 September 2026, from 11:00 BST to 15:00 BST (the Promotion Period). Timings are subject to the availability of Scratch Cards.
You must comply with these Promotion Terms and the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times to participate in this Promotion.
There is a limit of 30 Free Gifts and 600 Scratch Cards.
Eligibility and required steps
To be eligible for this promotion, you must:
- have a registered address in the UK;
- be at least 18 years of age;
- attend the Activation;
- have an active, unrestricted and unsanctioned Revolut Personal account or open a Revolut Personal account at the Activation.
The Required Steps are:
- engage with a Revolut Ambassador at the Activation.
- if you are a new customer: use the unique QR Code available at the Activation to successfully open a Revolut Personal account.
For the Free Gift
Be one of the first 30 customers to attend the Activation and receive the Free Gift.
Recipients will be given their free shirt plus a token to redeem the shirt printing. The token has to be taken to the Manchester City Stadium Store to redeem your free shirt printing from 20 September 2026 until 26 September 2026.
Shirt sizes are subject to availability based on a predetermined allocation. Whilst you can request a size, we cannot guarantee that the size will be available. In which case, we will give you another available size.
For the Scratch Cards (600 available):
Participants will be invited to scratch their card for a chance to win a Prize. Winning Scratch Cards will reveal your Prize. Winners should present their Scratch Card to a Revolut Ambassador at the Activation to receive their Prize and/or provide their email addresses (if applicable and necessary to redeem the Prize).
Scratch Cards are allocated randomly to participants. 61 of the 600 Scratch Cards are winners.

Promotion abuse or misuse | We may change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to continue with this Promotion with Manchester City Football Club or their affiliates. We may suspend or end the Promotion on an individual or promotion-wide basis. Any issues? Changes or early end | If the promotion changes or ends early, we will tell you about this in the same way we invited you to the promotion. If you have already participated in the promotion, we will give notice through the Revolut app and/or email. Don’t worry – if you’ve already taken part in the promotion, changes to the terms won’t affect you unless the promotion is suspended or ends because of reasonably unforeseen circumstances outside of our control which make it impossible to run. |
Prize Substitution | Revolut reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any element of the Prize with an alternative of comparable or greater value or cash. If you win a Prize, you’re only entitled to the Prize itself. You can’t request its cash equivalent or swap it for something else. However, if the Free Gift or Prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside of our control, we will pay you a cash equivalent. |
Liability | We are liable to you in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Promotion Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. |
Fraud or rule-breaking | If you breach the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account, these Promotion Terms, or participate in the promotion fraudulently, we may reverse any Free Gift or Prize. By proceeding, you authorise any such reversal in advance. |
Serious abuse | We may decide not to grant you or reverse the Free Gift or Prize if any of the following applies before we are due to arrange for redemption:

Account closed or restricted | To take part, you must have an active Personal account (not closed, suspended, or restricted) at the point you participate in the promotion. |
Taxes | You’re responsible for any local tax that applies to your Free Gift or Prize. Revolut doesn’t accept any liability for tax arising from your participation in the promotion. It is your responsibility to pay any tax that might apply. Revolut is not responsible for your tax obligations related to this promotion. |
Data & Privacy | We’ll process your personal data in line with the Customer Privacy Notice. Manchester City Football Club Ltd may also collect personal data about you in connection with this Promotion. Exclusions | Employees of Revolut or of the Manchester City event, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in this Promotion. |
Language | These Promotion Terms are published in English and this is the only version of these terms. |

If you have a complaint about this promotion, you can raise it directly with them.
