What is the Promotion about?
- What: 850 on-site Revolut customers can take part in our Scratch Card promotion with a change to win various prizes (the Prizes).
- Who: existing and prospective Personal customers residing in the United Kingdom (the Market) who engage with a Revolut Ambassador and receive a Scratch Card.
- When: The promotion will take place at the Revolut Activation in Cathedral Gardens, Manchester City Centre (the Activation) on 24 May 2026, from 12:00 to 19:00 (timings subject to availability of Prizes (the Promotion Period).
You must comply with these Promotion Terms and the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times to participate in this Promotion.
Eligibility and required steps
To be eligible for this promotion, you must:
- have a registered address in the United Kingdom;
- be at least 18 years of age;
- attend the Activation;
- have or open a Revolut Personal account with no restrictions.
There is a limit of 850 entries to the promotion.
How do I take part in the Scratch Card promotion?
Attendees wishing to participate in the promotion should engage with a Revolut Ambassador at the Activation. You need to be a current Revolut customer or you can sign-up at the Activation. You will receive a Scratch Card (850 available). You will also be able to place one food order at the food truck. Timings subject to availability of Prizes and food.
Participants will be invited to scratch their card for a change to win a Scratch Card Prize. Winning Scratch Cards will reveal an “R” together with your Scratch Card Prize. Winners should present their card to a Revolut Ambassador at the Activation to receive their Scratch Card Prize.

- Manchester City Scarf (64 units)
- Manchester City Shirt (50 units)
- £150 Manchester City Gift Voucher (5 units)
Scratch Cards are allocated randomly to participants. There are 231 of a total 850 Scratch Cards that will win a Scratch Card Prize.
In addition we will offer the first 20 participants the opportunity to each receive one match ticket to the Manchester City vs Aston Villa game on 24 May 2026 at 16:00 at the Etihad Stadium, Manchester.

Promotion abuse or misuse | We may change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to continue with this Promotion with Manchester City Men’s Football Club or their affiliates. We may suspend or end the Promotion on an individual or promotion-wide basis. Any issues? Changes or early end | If that happens, we’ll tell you the same way we invited you to the promotion. Where possible, we will give notice. Don’t worry – if you’ve already taken part in the promotion, changes to the terms won’t affect you unless the promotion is suspended or ends because of reasonably unforeseen circumstances outside of our control which make it impossible to run. |
Changes in the Prize Draw Rewards | Revolut reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any element of the Prize Draw Reward with an alternative of comparable or greater value or cash. If you win a Prize, you’re only entitled to the Prize itself. You can’t request its cash equivalent or swap it for something else. |
Loss | Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination. |
Fraud or rule-breaking | If you breach the Revolut Personal Terms, these terms, or participate in the Promotion fraudulently, we may reverse any Prize. By proceeding, you authorise any such reversal in advance. |
Serious abuse | We may decide not to grant you or reverse the Scratch Card Prize if any of the following applies before we are due to arrange for redemption:

Account closed or restricted | To take part, you must have an active Personal account (not closed, suspended, or restricted) at the point you participate in the promotion. |
Taxes | You’re responsible for any local tax that applies to your Scratch Card Prize. Revolut doesn’t accept any liability for tax arising from your participation in the promotion. |
Data & Privacy | We’ll process your personal data in line with the Customer Privacy Notice. Manchester City Football Club Ltd may also collect personal data about you in connection with this Promotion. Exclusions | Employees of Revolut or of the Manchester City event, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in this Promotion. |

If you have a complaint about this promotion, you can raise it directly with them.
