Acquiring - POS Terminal Autumn Offer

What is the promotion about?

Revolut is offering select existing and prospective new Business customers based in Eligible Markets (as listed in the table below) the opportunity to be refunded 100% on processing fees of Revolut POS to Revolut Terminal in person payment transactions through ‘Pay at Counter’ mode (the Fee Refund Offer) (the Promotion), up to the following amounts:

Selected prospective new and existing Business customers will receive a communication from us inviting them to access this offer (the Promotion Invitation) This Promotion will run from (00:01 UTC) 13 October 2025 to (23:59 UTC) 31 December 2025 (the Promotion Period).

These terms set out the rules that apply to this Promotion. You must comply with these terms and the terms and conditions that apply to your Revolut Business account, the Payment Processing Services Agreement and any other terms and conditions which apply to the services that we provide you at all times when participating in this Promotion.

What do I need to do to take part in the Promotion?

You must be eligible for this Promotion, by:

• having a registered address in an Eligible Market, and
• receiving a communication from us, inviting you to participate in this Promotion.

You must also complete the following steps:

If you don’t have an active Merchant account with us:

• Successfully open a Revolut Business account with no restrictions
• Configure Revolut POS with details about the venue (location, opening hours, product catalogue);
• Download the Revolut POS iOS app and configure your Merchant account,
• Buy one or more Revolut Terminals, get merchant acquiring approvals and login,
• Enable ‘Pay at Counter’ mode from the Revolut Terminal settings, and
• Accept an in person transaction by pushing a payment directly from the Revolut POS iOS app to the Revolut Terminal.

If you have an active Merchant account with us:

• Configure Revolut POS with details about the venue (location, opening hours, product catalogue),
• Download the Revolut POS iOS app and login,
• Buy one or more terminals (if you don't already have one) and login,
• Enable ‘Pay at Counter’ mode from the Terminal settings, and
• Accept an in person transaction by pushing a payment directly from the Revolut POS iOS app to the Revolut Terminal.

Payments received via our payment links or our Invoices product are excluded from this Promotion.

You must accept the transactions as required above between 13 October 2025 and 31 December 2025 (the Promotional Refund Period). Any transactions accepted outside the Promotional Refund Period won’t be eligible for a refund of processing fees.

When do I get the Fee Refund Offer?

You’ll receive the refunds for transactions accepted each month within 7 business days of the end of that month.

What other legal information should I know?

1. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to offer the Fee Refund Offer. We may suspend or end the Promotion on an individual or promotion-wide basis.

2. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will try to give you notice through the app and/or email. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.

3. If you close your Revolut Business account or we suspend or restrict your account before you were due to benefit from the Fee Refund Offer, you will not receive it.

4. Events beyond the control of Revolut may also occur that render the awarding of the Fee Refund Offer as part of this Promotion impossible. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control.

5. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (such as attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception) we may, in our sole discretion, take any actions we see fit in the circumstances.

7. Revolut will process your personal data in compliance with our Revolut Business Customer Privacy Notice.

8. These Promotion Terms are published in English. If they are translated into another language, the translation is for reference only and the English language version of the Promotion Terms shall prevail. The English version of these Promotion Terms shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language shall prevail.

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the following Revolut group entities that provides you with your Business account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them.

Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion. You can still rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and law of the EEA country where you live.
