Promotion: 1-Month Trial Subscription to Revolut Trading Pro
What is this Promotion about?
As Part of the 1-Month Trial Subscription to Revolut Trading Pro Promotion (the “Promotion”), Revolut is offering new or existing customers the opportunity to try our paid Trading Pro subscription (“Trading Pro”) without the monthly fee for a period of time as offered by us (the “Trading Pro Trial”).
Eligible customers will be able to access the Promotion by following the steps detailed in marketing or communication (in-app or email) received directly from Revolut (collectively, the “Promotional Materials”), and following the steps detailed below.
These terms (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to the Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms and also the terms that apply to your Revolut account at all times when participating in this Promotion.
This Trading Pro Trial Promotion runs for a period of time at Revolut’s discretion (the “Promotion Period”).
This Promotion is not available for Revolut Business accounts or Revolut <18 accounts.
This Promotion may only be redeemed once per Revolut customer, and only by those Revolut customers who are offered the Promotion within the Revolut mobile application.
Who is eligible for the Trading Pro Trial?
The Trading Pro Trial is open to select new or existing customers of Revolut Securities Inc. who have met the following criteria:
- Be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States (with a valid US residential address); and
- Be an existing customer of Revolut, meaning you have successfully onboarded to Revolut with your account in good standing, meaning it is fully active and is not suspended, closed, or restricted; and,
- Receive Promotional Materials from Revolut about the Promotion.
You will also need to complete the following steps to activate the Promotion:
- Have an active trading account on the Revolut Trading Platform; and,
- Follow the steps displayed within the Promotional Materials to start your Trading Pro Trial.
What terms apply to my Trading Pro account?
Your participation in the Revolut’s prepaid card program is subject to the Revolut Cardholder Terms.
The terms and conditions for the Revolut Trading Platform and your Trading Pro subscription also apply to you during your Trading Pro Trial period and through any use of Trading Pro.
How do I start my Trading Pro Trial?
Starting your Trading Pro Trial is easy. You will be able to see the Trading Pro Promotion in the “Stocks” widget in your Revolut app, either during onboarding or by following the link provided in the relevant Promotional Materials. You must sign up for Trading Pro during the Promotion Period and meet the criteria set out in these terms and conditions.
We will not charge you a monthly Trading Pro subscription fee for the period of time included in your Trading Pro Trial. We will tell you in the Trading Pro Trial promotional widget how long you’ll receive your Trading Pro Trial, without the monthly fee, so you are aware before you sign up.
After your Trading Pro Trial ends, by default you will remain on the Trading Pro subscription unless you tell us otherwise, and normal monthly billing will apply.
Cancelation and Downgrade Fees
You have the right to cancel your Trading Pro subscription before the Trading Pro Trial auto renewal date shown in the Revolut app. Once your Trading Pro Trial has ended, you will be billed monthly for the Trading Pro subscription until you cancel your subscription in accordance with the Trading Pro Terms.
Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you.
What other legal information should I know?
- This Promotion is organized and offered by Revolut Securities Inc.
- We may suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of this early suspension or termination.
- We agree to give you a Trading Pro Trial by not charging you for the relevant period (we’ll tell you what this period is before you start your Trading Pro Trial). After your Trading Pro Trial period ends, billing and cancellation rules will apply.
- Our Trading Pro subscription is billed monthly, every thirty (30) days from the date the Trading Pro subscription is activated. We will show you how long your Trading Pro Trial will last in the Trading Pro widget in the Revolut app. You cannot ask us to invite you to the Promotion if you weren’t selected or ask us to extend it if you miss it.
- We can cancel this Promotion, or change these Promotion Terms at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to remove you from the Promotion, if you breach the terms that apply to your Revolut account, or if we become aware you were not compliant with these Promotion Terms.
- Events beyond the control of Revolut may occur that render this Promotion impossible. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control.
- If you close your Revolut account or your account becomes suspended or restricted, the Trading Pro Trial will be lost.
- If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (such as for example attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception) we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances.
- Revolut will send marketing to its existing customers in compliance with applicable data privacy and direct electronic marketing laws. If you do not want to receive marketing from Revolut you may manage your marketing preferences in the Revolut mobile application. Revolut processes your personal data in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
- These terms are published in English and any translation is a courtesy and an unofficial translation only - participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version. The English language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in any legal proceedings.
