Influencer Promotion, Top-up and Get Cashback

What is this Promotion about?

As part of the Revolut x Affiliate Influencer Promotion (the “Promotion”), Revolut is offering, you, as a prospective Business customers residing in the United States the opportunity to sign up for a Revolut Business account for the first time using a link or a code provided by an affiliated Revolut partner, such as a YouTuber, Instagrammer or podcaster (each, a “Partner”) and receive a one-time cashback reward (the “Cashback”) after completing the Required Steps.

The Promotion will run for a specific period of time (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period and the Cashback amount will be set out on a Revolut webpage, accessible through the unique link for the Promotion provided by a Partner (the “Landing Page”).

These terms along with the information in the Landing Page (together, the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion, and you must comply with them and the Revolut Business Prepaid Cardholder Agreement and the Business Terms that apply to your Revolut Business account at all times when participating in this Promotion.

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be eligible for this Promotion, you must:

Meet the conditions for opening a Revolut Business Account, as set out in the Revolut Business Prepaid Cardholder Agreement and the Business Terms;
Not have or have previously held a Revolut Business account with any Revolut group entity; and
Have received or have access to a unique link for the Promotion from a Partner’s promotional content.

What do I need to do to take part in this Promotion?

You must also complete the following “Required Steps” before the end of the Promotion Period in order to be eligible for the Cashback:

Click on a Partner’s unique Promotion link (this will be provided on a Partner’s platform, for example, Instagram or Youtube) which will direct you to the Landing Page;
Follow the steps for opening a Revolut Business account;
Successfully complete the required Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Know Your Business ("KYB") checks; and
Top-up your new account by adding any amount of money.

You must use the Promotion unique link provided as part of this Promotion to sign up for a Revolut Business account. If you sign up using the normal account opening process in our app, you will not be able to take part in this Promotion.

After you have successfully completed the Required Steps, Revolut will credit the Cashback amount (or the equivalent amount in your country's local currency) to your Revolut Business account within five business days after the end of the Promotion Period.

Remember: both the Cashback amount and the Promotion Period are clearly stated on the Landing Page.

If you close your Revolut Business account or your account becomes suspended or restricted between the time of qualifying for the Cashback and receiving Cashback, then the Cashback may be lost.

What other legal information should I know?

We may change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will try to give you notice through the app and/or email. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights if you have already participated in the Promotion.
Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an unforeseen event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
We may decide not to grant you the Cashback if any of the following applies before we are due to credit the Cashback: you have closed your Revolut Business account or we have had to suspend or restrict your Revolut Business account to comply with our legal obligations; you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion ; and/or you breach the Promotion Terms or any terms that apply to your Revolut Business account.
Employees, directors, agents, contractors and any affiliates of any Revolut group of entities and/or of the same individuals associated with a Partner are not eligible for this Promotion.
Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our US Privacy Policy. A Partner may also collect personal data about you in connection with this Promotion. See our Partners' privacy notice set out on that Partner’s platform for more details about how they will handle your personal data. A Partner may also send any marketing content to you in compliance with applicable data privacy and direct electronic marketing laws. If you do not want to receive marketing from a Partner, you must manage your marketing preferences with that Partner directly as this is outside of Revolut’s remit.
These terms are published in English and any translation is a courtesy and an unofficial translation only - participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version. The English language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in any legal proceedings.
