About the role

We're looking for a Senior NetSuite Specialist to lead the NetSuite team supporting the ERP processes within the Finance function. It's a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing company and help build a state of the art Finance function with highly scalable, cost-effective processes and high standards of control.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the team responsible for the management of the NetSuite vendor product
• Implementing best practices for the operation of the platform, leveraging the NetSuite functionality, and engaging closely with stakeholders across Finance to define and deliver a roadmap of strategic improvements
• Working with stakeholders to define and deliver configurations and customisations to support the business as it expands product coverage, global footprint, and customer base
• Working with Oracle support vendor (ACS) to define solutions for complex requirements needing vendor support
• Performing administrative tasks, such as setting up users, currencies, entities
• Creating workflows, saved searches, and reports
• Managing the vendor relationship with NetSuite/Oracle

What you'll need

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, working with the NetSuite system 
• A strong understanding of the key processes for AP, AR, and the GL
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• A hands on, motivated, and proactive attitude

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial/banking industry
