About the role
The Legal team sits at the heart of Revolut and it's a very important part of the business 🚀

Are you a problem solver? This one's for you! We’re looking for a Legal Counsel who’ll advise Revolut on compliance and legal issues around our financial products 📣 An expert on consumer credit and financial regulations. A leader who dares to undertake a hands-on role when needed.

What you’ll be doing
- Advising the business on compliance and legal issues surrounding the structuring, marketing, and promotion of financial products
- Helping to structure and expand Revolut’s products, and managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications to regulators in relation to these products
- Drafting customer-facing legal documents for these products
- Being an integral part of product and commercial teams, working with them to help design and deliver solutions that are compliant with PSD2, banking, and other financial regulations
- Proactively engaging and working alongside local regulators across multiple countries
- Excelling at leadership while also undertaking executional work, handling significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times
What you'll need
- A Master’s degree or equivalent in Law
- 3+ years of strong experience as a private practice lawyer at a top law firm
- Experience advising on financial regulations, including PSD2 and banking regulations
- Expertise in financial regulations, such as PSD2, CRD IV, and other relevant Lithuanian and EU legal acts
- Sound judgement, composure under pressure, and a collaborative mindset
- Confidence in making decisions where there is ambiguity or incomplete information
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian with excellent communication skills in both languages

Compensation range
- Vilnius: €5,800 - €6,900 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €5,800 - €6,900 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
