  • Service Type: MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator)
  • Service Quality: The communication speed is determined by the network conditions in the roaming country or region, and 1GLOBAL does not impose any communication speed restrictions.
  • Locations where the service is available
  1. For country-specific data plans: The respective country
  2. For region-specific data plans: The respective region (specific countries within the region where the service is available will be displayed in the app.)
  3. For global plans: The countries and regions displayed in the app
  • Service Restrictions
  1. The service is only available on eSIM-compatible devices that are unlocked.
  2. Voice calls, SMS, and MMS are not available.

4. Fees

The fees for the selected eSIM data plan vary depending on the data capacity and the target country or region. Please check the Revolut app for details before purchase.

5. Contact Information and Method for Termination of Contract

Within 14 days after the contract is concluded, the customer can terminate the contract via chat within the Revolut app, and in this case, if the applicable eSIM data plan has not expired and you have used less than 500MB of data, we will refund the fee for the unused portion. However, after 14 days from the conclusion of the contract or if the plan has expired, the customer will not be able to cancel the contract
