What is this Promotion about?
As part of the Revolut x Affiliate Influencer Promotion (the “Promotion”), Revolut is offering prospective Business customers in France the opportunity to sign up for a Revolut Business account for the first time using a link or a code provided by an affiliated Revolut partner, like a YouTuber, Instagramer or podcaster (the “Partner”) and:
- receive cashback (the “Cashback”) for eligible transactions.
The Promotion will run for a specific period of time (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period and the Cashback amount will be set out on the Revolut webpage at the unique link for the Promotion (“Landing Page”).
These terms along with the information in the Landing Page (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion, and you must comply with them and the terms that apply to your Revolut Business account at all times when participating in this Promotion.
Who is eligible for this Promotion?
To be eligible for this Promotion, you must:
- Be a business entity or soletrader operating in France.
- Be at least 18 years of age if applying as a soletrader.
- Not have or have previously held a Revolut Business account with any Revolut group entity
What do I need to do to take part in this Promotion?
You will also need to complete the following steps:
- Click on the unique link provided and provide your business details. You will then be directed to the Revolut app or website sign-up flow for a Revolut Business account.
- Successfully complete all required Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Know Your Business ("KYB") checks.
- Make an initial deposit into your Revolut Business account as specified on the Landing Page.
You must complete all of the above steps by the end of the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to start receiving Cashback.
How do I get Cashback?
You must complete the steps above in “What do I need to do to take part in the Promotion?” before you can earn a Cashback.
Revolut will credit the Cashback to your Revolut Business account within ten business days after you have completed the steps outlined above.
What other legal information should I know?
- The Promotion is organised and offered by Revolut Bank UAB acting via its branch in France (“Revolut France”) whose registered address is 10 avenue Kléber, 75116 Paris, France (SIREN 917 420 077). If you have a question about the Promotion (other than a complaint), please raise it directly with Revolut France by writing to the following email address: support@revolut.com.
- We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
- If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will try to give you notice through the app and/or email. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights if you have already participated in the Promotion.
- Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an unforeseen event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
- We may decide not to grant you the Cashback if any of the following applies before we are due to credit the Cashback : we become aware you are no longer an Eligible Participant or that you are no longer subscribed to Revolut; we must suspend or restrict your Revolut Business account to comply with our legal obligations, such as our anti-money laundering obligations; you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or you breach the Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Business account.
- Employees, directors, agents, contractors and any affiliates of any Revolut group of entities and/or of the same individuals associated with the Partner are not eligible for this Promotion.
- Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice. The Partner may also collect personal data about you in connection with this Promotion. See Partner's privacy notice for more details about how they will handle your personal data. Partner will also send any marketing content to you in compliance with applicable data privacy and direct electronic marketing laws. If you do not want to receive marketing from the Partner, you must manage your marketing preferences with the Partner directly as this is outside of Revolut’s remit.
- These Promotion Terms are published in French. If they are translated into another language, the translation is for reference only and the French language version of the Promotion Terms shall prevail. The French version of these Promotion Terms shall be used in any legal proceedings.
- The Promotion Terms are governed by French law.
- All disputes in relation to these Promotion Terms will be decided by French courts.
