Revolut x Primavera Sound 2027 Edition | Revolut Customer Promo Ticket Discount

What is this promotion about?

What:

Revolut customers can access a €20 discount on the tickets for Primavera Sound 2027 (the Discount) when paying with Revolut Pay during the promotion given periods.
New Revolut customers can also sign up to a Revolut Personal account to earn a cash reward of €20 (the Welcome Bonus).

The Discount and the Welcome Bonus are each referred to as a Reward in these Promotion Terms.

Who: New and existing Revolut Personal customers who reside in Italy (the Market) and complete the Required Steps.
When:

1. The Discount promotion will run during the following Revolut Promotional Periods, defined by Primavera Sound throughout the year, and which will be available in the dedicated landing page (the Discount Promotion Period):

- Line up announcement (September 2026)

- Daily tickets announcement (October 2026)

- Last available festival tickets with Revolut (after sold out), subject to the overall limit of one thousand (1,000) discounted tickets described in 'When do I get the Revolut Ticket Discount?' below.

Specific info on the promotional periods for above will also be available at Primavera Sound channels.

2. And, the Welcome Bonus promotion will run from 29 September 2026 (00:00 BST) to 30 June 2027 (23:59 BST) (the Welcome Bonus Promotion Period).

You must complete the Required Steps before the end of the Promotion Period, respectively for each Reward.

These Promotion Terms set out the rules that apply to this promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms as well as the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

Eligibility and Required Steps - Revolut Ticket Discount (all customers)

To be eligible for the Discount promotion, you must:

have a registered address in the Market,
be a Revolut Personal customer with an open unrestricted account,
be at least 18 years old.

The Required Steps are:

select the Revolut Discount ticket for Primavera Sound 2027 through the official Primavera Sound ticketing website, and
use Revolut Pay as the payment method for purchasing the ticket.

When do I get the Revolut Ticket Discount?

The discount will be automatically applied at checkout. This promotion is limited to one (1) ticket purchase per Revolut customer and may not be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Discount is available for a maximum of one thousand (1,000) tickets in total across the whole Promotion Period (all promotional periods combined). Once this overall limit is reached, the Revolut Discount ticket will no longer be shown as available on the official Primavera Sound ticketing website and no further Discounts will be granted.

Eligibility and Required Steps - Welcome Bonus (new customers only)

(For new customers only) To be eligible for the Welcome Bonus promotion, you must:

have a registered address in the Market,
not have, and must never have held, a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut Group entity, and
be at least 18 years old.

The Required Steps are:

follow the unique link for the promotion. This link will be shared by Revolut or Primavera Sound (the Partner) through, but not limited to, social media or through the Partner’s Website (Promotion Invitation).
use the unique link in the Promotion Invitation to successfully open a Revolut Personal account, completing our Know Your Customer (KYC) checks before the end of the Promotion Period for the Welcome Bonus. If you open a Revolut Personal account using the normal account opening process in the Revolut app, you won’t be eligible to participate in this promotion, and
make a single debit card payment of a minimum amount of €20. Your first debit card payment can be made using a physical or virtual Revolut debit card linked to your Revolut Personal account. It must be a genuine purchase (please see below section ‘What is a genuine card payment?’ for more information).

What is a genuine card payment?

A genuine card payment is one you make to buy goods or services from a merchant (in store or online) at a standard market price, using your regular Revolut Personal account (not a Joint, Revolut Pro, or under-18 account). A payment does not count if it is made to a merchant in any of the excluded categories below:

Cash, crypto and money transfers: wire transfers and money orders (4829); foreign currency and crypto exchange (6051); reloading prepaid cards, digital wallets or gift cards (6540); quasi-cash items such as travellers' cheques or gaming tokens (6050).
Financial and professional services: financial institution products and bank gift cards (6012); investments and brokerage (6211); real estate and rental management (6513); commercial and household maintenance (7349); parking and airport parking (7523).
Gambling and betting: casinos, sportsbooks and betting (7995); lotteries and licensed racing (7800, 7801, 7802, 9754).
Government, tax and judicial fees: taxes (9311); fines and penalties (9222); bail and bonds (9223); government postal, procurement and other fees (9402, 9405, 9399).
Education: higher education (8220); primary and secondary education (8211); distance learning, trade, business and tutoring services (8241, 8244, 8249, 8299).

Utilities, organisations and wholesale: utilities (4900); political and religious donations (8651, 8661); wholesale non-durable goods (5199); specialty tobacco (5993).

When do I get the Welcome Bonus?

We’ll credit the Welcome Bonus in your Revolut Personal account within 10 calendar days of you completing the Required Steps above.

Promotion abuse or misuse	We may suspend, change, or end the promotion – for a specific participant or for everyone – if it’s being abused, or reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control arise and make it impossible to continue the promotion. Any issues? Contact Support in the Revolut app.
Changes or early end	If the promotion changes or ends early, we will tell you about this in the same way we invited you to the promotion (e.g. email, push notification, in-app). If you have already participated in the promotion, we will give notice through the Revolut app and/or email. The Discount is available for a maximum of one thousand (1,000) tickets in total across the whole Discount Promotion Period. Whether the Discount is still available will be evident from the official Primavera Sound ticketing website: once the 1,000-ticket limit is reached, the Revolut Discount ticket will no longer be displayed as available there, and no further Discounts will be granted Don’t worry – if you’ve already taken part in the promotion, changes to these Promotion Terms won’t affect you unless reasonably unforeseeable circumstances outside of our control have made it impossible for us to run it. We will give notice through the Revolut app and/or email where this is the case.
Fraud or rule-breaking	If you breach the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account, these Promotion Terms or participate in the promotion fraudulently, we may reverse or cancel the validity of any Discount or Welcome Bonus.
Account closed or restricted	To receive each Reward, you must have an active Revolut Personal account (not closed, suspended or restricted) at the time you are due to receive the Discount or Welcome Bonus.
Taxes	If you receive a cash amount or receive any other benefit from this promotion, it might be subject to income tax in your country of residence or where you are a tax resident. It is your responsibility to pay any tax that might apply. Revolut is not responsible for your tax obligations related to this promotion.
Data & Privacy	We will process your personal data in line with the Customer Privacy Notice that applies to your Revolut Personal account. Primavera Sound may also collect personal data or send marketing to you in connection with this promotion. See Primavera Sound’s Privacy Policy for more details about how they will handle your personal data and how to contact them to manage your marketing preferences.
Liability	We are liable to you in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Promotion Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
Exclusions	Employees, directors, agents, contractors and affiliates of Revolut group entities are not eligible for this promotion.
Language	These Promotion Terms are published in English and Italian. The Italian version of these terms prevails over the English version and will be used in any proceedings.
Primavera Sound	Primavera Sound in these Promotion Terms refers to Primavera Sound SL. Please ensure you are aware of the Primavera Sound General Terms of Use. Revolut will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have solely in relation to Primavera Sound or its goods or services, except to the extent Revolut is responsible under applicable law .

This promotion is organised by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Revolut Personal account. The Welcome Bonus is offered by the same entity.
