Revolut x Rock en Seine Prize Draw

1. What is this promotion about?

As part of the Revolut x Rock en Seine Promotion (the “Promotion”), Revolut is offering prospective Personal customers residing in France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Slovakia and the United Kingdom (together, the “Eligible Markets”) the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw in collaboration with Rock en Seine (the “Partner”):

• for a chance to receive €1000 (or currency equivalent) credited to their newly opened Revolut Personal account (the “Cash Bonus Prize”); and
• for a chance to win x2 VIP tickets (149€ per ticket) for the Rock en Seine festival (the “Ticket Prize”).

You may also receive a cash reward of €20 (or currency equivalent) (the “Welcome Bonus”) upon completing your first genuine payment transaction with Revolut, as described below.

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion and you must comply with these Promotion Terms and also the Personal Terms that apply to your new Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.

To take part in this Promotion, you must meet the eligibility criteria and complete the required steps set out in these Promotion Terms between 11 April 2025 (00:00 UTC) and 11 August 2025 (23:00 UTC). We call this the “Promotion Period”.

2. Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must meet the following “Eligibility Criteria”:

• have a residential address in an Eligible Market;
• not have or have previously held a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut group entity; and
• be at least 18 years of age.

You must also complete the following “Required Steps” before the end of the Promotion Period:

• click on the Promotion unique link – this will be provided on the Rock en Seine channels, including, but not limited to: email, push, social media and/or website banners. This could be also provided on some Revolut channels, including, but not limited to: email, push, website and/or social media; and
• successfully open a Revolut Personal account for the first time through the Promotion unique link.

You must use the Promotion unique link provided as part of this Promotion to sign up for a Revolut Personal account. If you sign up using the normal account opening process in our app, you will not be able to take part in this Promotion.

3. How do I enter the prize draw?

Within 7 business days after the end of the Promotion Period, we will randomly select one Eligible Participant who has completed the Required Steps as the winner.

If you are the winner, we will notify you via email (to the email address registered to your Personal account). You will have 48 hours from the time we initially reach out to you to accept Cash Bonus Prize and Ticket Prize. If you do not respond within this time, we will not be able to award you Cash Bonus Prize or Ticket Prize and we will randomly select another Eligible Participant from the Prize Draw to be the winner.

Cash Bonus Prize will be credited to your newly opened Revolut Personal account from the Revolut entity which provides you with your Revolut Personal Account within 10 business days of receiving your response to our email notifying you of the win.

In order to receive Ticket Prize, you will be requested to provide the following personal details for both yourself and your plus one when you accept Cash Bonus Prize and Ticket Prize:

• Name;
• Date of birth;
• Phone number; and
• Email address.

We will email your tickets or the necessary information about your tickets to the email address you provide us within 10 business days of receiving the above information from you.

If, within 48 hours of contacting you to tell you have won, we realise that you no longer meet the criteria to be considered an Eligible Participant, we will be unable to award you Cash Bonus Prize and Ticket Prize and we will randomly select another Eligible Participant from the Prize Draw to be the winner.

Each Eligible Participant who is selected as a winner will have the same amount of time to accept Cash Bonus Prize and Ticket Prize.

Our decisions on how to run and manage the Promotion, including the selection of the winner, are final and binding.

4. Welcome Bonus

You may receive the Welcome Bonus after you make a first genuine card payment of at least €1 (or currency equivalent). Your first card payment can be made using a physical or virtual Revolut card linked to your Revolut Personal account. It must be a genuine purchase (for example, transactions to payment service providers, other bank accounts and e-wallets will not be considered genuine purchases for the purposes of this Promotion).

If you are an Eligible Participant, the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account will credit the Welcome Bonus to the main balance of your Revolut Personal account within 10 business days after you complete your first genuine card payment.

The Welcome Bonus may be withdrawn or amended by Revolut before the end of the Promotion Period. Any changes to the Welcome Bonus will not affect your rights if you have already participated in the Promotion. Revolut reserves the right to withhold or reclaim the Welcome Bonus if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, misuse of the offer, or any breach of these Promotional Terms.

5. What other legal information should I know?

1. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.

2. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will try to give you notice through the app and/or email.

3. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an external event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights if you have already participated in the Promotion.

4. Revolut will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to Rock en Seine. You must contact Rock en Seine directly in relation to this.

5. We may decide not to grant you Cash Bonus Prize , theTicket Prize or the Welcome Bonus if any of the following applies before we are due to credit Cash Bonus Prize or send you the tickets:

• a. we become aware you are no longer an Eligible Participant because your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted;
• b. the relevant card payment (as part of the Required Steps) was unsuccessful and/or was cancelled or reverted;
• c. you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or
• d. you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

6. Revolut reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any Prize with an alternative of comparable or greater value or cash.

7. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice. Rock en Seine may also collect personal data about you in connection with this Promotion. See Rock en Seine's privacy notice for more details about how they will handle your personal data. Rock en Seine will also send any marketing content to you in compliance with applicable data privacy and direct electronic marketing laws. If you do not want to receive marketing from Rock en Seine you must manage your marketing preferences with Rock en Seine directly as this is outside of Revolut’s remit.

8. These Promotion Terms are published in Italian. If they are translated into another language, the translation is for reference only and the Italian language version of the Promotion Terms shall prevail. The Italian version of these Promotion Terms shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language will prevail and will be used in legal proceedings (please refer to the below table to determine whether another language prevails and will be used in legal proceedings).

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity mentioned below that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them.

Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity, the applicable laws and the courts that have jurisdiction to determine any disputes you may have in relation to this Promotion. You can always rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and law of the EEA country where you live.
