Lifestyle Rewards - Premium Plan Upgrade

What is this Promotion about?

  • What: Revolut is offering selected existing Standard and Plus customers the opportunity to receive up to 18 EUR cash Reward (the Cash Reward ) if they upgrade to the Premium Paid Plan (worth €9.99 per month) and spend more than the threshold amount across specific brands

Customers are selected based on certain criteria, like past transactions on select brands and categories, being 18+ years of age, having an active retail account for a set period, and being on a qualifying paid plan.

  • Who: Existing Standard and Plus customers (you or your) residing in Italy (the Market), who receive the invitation (the Promotion Invitation) and complete the required steps below.
  • When: The promotion period starts on 25th June 2026 and ends on 10th August 2026 (the Promotion Period). Once you receive the promotion invitation, you will have:

a) 3 days to upgrade to the Premium Plan;

b) 30 days to spend above minimum threshold amount across specific brands to be eligible for Cash Reward.


You must comply with these terms and conditions , as well as the Personal Terms, Paid Plan Terms, Information sheet and Fee Information document that apply to your Revolut Personal account to participate in this promotion.


Eligibility and required steps

To be eligible for this promotion, you must:

  • have a registered address in the Market;
  • be an existing Revolut Personal customer with an active, unrestricted account;
  • have received a Promotion Invitation;
  • be at least 18 years old.


The required steps are:

  1. Open the Promotion Invitation: You must receive a direct invitation to participate from Revolut via email, push notification, or in-app Inbox message. This Invitation is not transferable;
  2. Upgrade your Revolut Paid Plan: you must upgrade to the Premium Plan as identified in your invitation. Normal subscription fees will apply, as set out in the Fees Page and the Fee Information document. You must remain on the identified plan for at least one month. Downgrading your plan prior to this time may result in disqualification from the Cash Reward
  3. Meet the minimum spend in eligible categories: You must make eligible transactions with specific brands or categories (as listed in the Promotion Invitation) to earn a fixed cash reward for that category. You will be eligible for rewards only on brands mentioned in your promotion invitation.The overall eligible categories, minimum spend thresholds, and fixed Cash Rewards are:
  • Hotels & stays: Earn €10 when you spend €100 or more on hotels & stays on select brands mentioned in the Promotion Invitation within 30 days of receiving promotion invitation
  • Streaming subscriptions: Earn €3 when you spend €6 or more on streaming subscriptions on select brands mentioned in the Promotion Invitation within 30 days of receiving promotion invitation
  • Grocery: Earn €5 when you spend €50 or more on groceries on select brands mentioned in the Promotion Invitation within 30 days of receiving the Promotion Invitation
  • Food delivery: Earn €5 when you spend €50 or more on Food delivery on select brands mentioned in promotion invitation within 30 days of receiving the Promotion Invitation


Please note the following rules apply for the Cash Reward:

  • Fixed Rewards: You will only earn the specific reward amount if you spend the minimum required amount on the brand mentioned in the promotion invitation.
  • No Extra Earnings: Spending more than the minimum threshold will not increase your reward amount.
  • €18 Maximum Cap: The absolute maximum Cash Reward you can earn across all combined categories is capped at €18. Even if you meet the minimum thresholds for all four categories above (which would total €23), your total combined reward will not exceed €18.


How do I get my Cash Reward ?

Upon upgrading to the specified paid plan and spending above thresholds on specified brands, your Cash Reward will be credited to your Revolut Personal account within 40 Business days of receiving the Promotion Invitation.


Premium Plan Upgrade

Once you upgrade to the Premium Paid Plan, you can choose to pay your subscription fee in monthly instalments or pay the full subscription once a year. If paid monthly, the fee is €9.99 per month, which totals €119.88 per year. If paid yearly, the fee is €100 per year. The Paid Plan terms and relevant Fees Page, Information sheet and Fee Information Document will apply.


You have the right to cancel your Premium Paid Plan at any time, for which normal cancellation rules will apply. You can also decide to close your current account free of charge.


Ending or downgrading your Paid Plan subscription may be subject to some fees (see the “Fees for downgrading your Paid Plan subscription” section of the Paid Plan terms for more information).


In order to check the start date of your subscription please go to the ‘Profile’ -> ‘Plan’ -> ‘Billing Details’ section on your Revolut app, and to check how you can downgrade, please go ‘Profile’ -> ‘Plan’ -> ‘Change Plan’ section. Once you downgrade, you'll become a Standard user again (a personal account holder who does not pay a subscription for any of the Paid Plans).

Promotion abuse or misuse

We may suspend, change, or end the promotion – for a specific participant or for everyone – if we believe that it’s being abused, could harm Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control arise and make it impossible to continue the promotion. We will not be liable for any loss if we do so.

Changes or early end

If the promotion changes or ends early but has not been withdrawn, we will tell you the same way we invited you to the promotion (e.g. email, push notification, in-app). We will give notice through the Revolut app and/or email.


Don’t worry – if you’ve already taken part in the promotion, changes to the terms won’t affect you unless the promotion is suspended or ends because of reasonably unforeseen circumstances outside of our control which make it impossible to run.

Fraud or rule-breaking

If you breach the Revolut Personal Terms, these terms and conditions, or participate in the promotion fraudulently, we may reverse any cash reward. By proceeding, you authorise any such reversal in advance.

Account closed or restricted

To receive the Revolut Cash Reward, you must have an active Personal account (not closed, suspended, or restricted) throughout the Promotion Period and/or at the time you are due to receive the Cash Reward.

Taxes

You’re responsible for any local tax that applies to your Cash Reward. Revolut doesn’t accept any liability for tax arising from your participation in the promotion.

Data & Privacy

We’ll process your personal data in line with the Customer Privacy Notice that applies to your Revolut Personal account.

Language

The terms and conditions are published in English and Italian. The Italian version of these terms prevails over the English version and will be used in any proceedings.


This Promotion is organised and offered to you by Revolut Bank UAB- Succursale Italiana, with the registered address Via Dante 7, 20123 Milan, Italy. The law that applies to these Promotion Terms is Lithuanian Law, and the competent courts of Italy have jurisdiction.
