Revolut x F1 Italian Grand Prix Promotion

What is this promotion about?

What: you enter into a prize draw (the Prize Draw) for a chance to win 2 (two) General Admission Weekend tickets for the Italian Grand Prix 2026 - F1 Race (taking place 4 - 6 of September 2026 in Monza; valued at €170 each for a total value of €340) (the Prize) ,in collaboration with an affiliated Revolut influencer (the “Partner”).
Who: new Revolut Business customers (you or your) residing in Italy (the Market) who complete the required steps below.
When: the promotion will run between 22 June 2026 (00:00 UTC) to 31 July 2026 (23:59 UTC)(the Promotion Period). You must complete the Required Steps before the end of the Promotion Period.

Eligibility and required steps

To be eligible for this promotion, you must:

have a registered address in Italy,
not have or have previously held a Revolut Business account with any Revolut Group entity (if your business already has a Revolut Business account or had a Revolut Business account previously, you won’t be eligible for this Promotion),
be eligible to open a Revolut Business account.

The required steps to participate are:

Click on the unique Promotion link: this will be provided on the Partner’s platform ( YouTube). This link will redirect you to Revolut’s website where you can begin the sign up flow.
Successfully open a Revolut Business account through the unique promotion link. You need to successfully complete the required Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Know Your Business ("KYB") checks before the end of the Promotion Period and be successfully onboarded to Revolut Business with no restrictions on your account;
Top-up your account: make an initial deposit (“top up”) into your Revolut Business account of a minimum 0.01 EUR.

If you sign up using the normal account opening process in our App, you won’t be eligible to participate in this promotion.

How does my entry to the prize draw work?

Within 7 business days after the end of the Promotion Period, we’ll randomly select 1 winner of the Prize.

If you’re the winner, we’ll let you know via the email address registered to your Business account. You’ll have 48 hours from the time we contact you to accept the Prize and provide us with any requested information. If you don’t respond to us within this time or you do not want to receive the Prize, we’ll randomly select another winner.

For tickets to F1 races: The Prize does not include any costs related to travel, accommodation, or other expenses in attending the event. If you win, you’ll be responsible for such costs.

Promotion abuse or misuse	We may suspend, change, or end the promotion – for a specific participant or for everyone – if there are reasonable grounds to determine it’s being abused, could harm Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control arise and make it impossible to continue the promotion. We will not be liable for any loss if we do so.
Changes or early end	If that happens, we will give notice through the email. Don’t worry – if you’ve already taken part in the promotion, changes to the terms won’t affect you unless reasonably unforeseeable circumstances outside of our control have made it impossible for us to run it.
Fraud or rule-breaking	If you breach the Revolut Business Terms, these terms, or participate fraudulently, we may reverse any Prize awarded to you.
Account closed or restricted	To receive the Prize, you must have an active Business account (not closed, suspended, or restricted) throughout the Promotion Period and at the time you are due to receive the Prize.
Prize substitution	f you win the Prize, you’re only entitled to the Prize itself. You can’t request its cash equivalent or swap it for something else.
Data & Privacy	We’ll process your personal data in line with the Customer Privacy Notice. Sauber Motorsport AG may also collect personal data or send marketing to you in connection with this promotion. Third Party disclaimer	Revolut is not affiliated with Sauber Motorsport AG.
Exclusions	Employees, directors, agents, contractors and affiliates of Revolut group entities are not eligible for this promotion.
Language	The terms are published in English. The English version of these terms prevails and will be used in any proceedings.
