These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the offer of a Swiggy One membership by Revolut Payments India Private Limited ("Revolut") to its eligible customers who subscribe to Plus, Premium, or Metal plans. By participating in this offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility:
This offer is open to Revolut customers in India who have an active Revolut account and are subscribed to one of the following Revolut plans:
- Revolut Plus Plan: Eligible for a 6-month Swiggy One membership, once per user.
- Revolut Premium Plan: Eligible for a 12-month Swiggy One membership, once per user.
- Revolut Metal Plan: Eligible for a 12-month Swiggy One membership, once per user.
Offer Details:
Eligible Revolut customers will receive a unique activation code ("Code") that can be used to activate a Swiggy One membership. The Code will typically be made available through the Revolut App.
Membership Duration:
- Revolut Plus plan customers will receive a Code for a 3-month Swiggy One membership.
- Revolut Premium and Metal plan customers will receive a Code for a 12-month Swiggy One membership.
Code Distribution:
The Code will be provided to eligible customers through the Revolut App, or any other communication channel determined by Revolut, which may include email or sms, in addition to in-App notifications.
How to Redeem:
- Upon receiving the Code, visit the Swiggy website or app.
- Follow the instructions to activate your Swiggy One membership using the provided Code.
- The Code must be redeemed within the validity period specified by Revolut.
Swiggy One Membership Terms:
The actual Swiggy One membership, its features, benefits, and usage, will be exclusively governed by the terms and conditions of Swiggy One, as published by Swiggy Limited ("Swiggy") at https://www.swiggy.com/terms-and-conditions . Revolut is not responsible for the provision or quality of the Swiggy One membership or any services provided by Swiggy.
Important Disclaimers:
- This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified by Revolut at any time without prior notice.
- The Code is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
- Each eligible customer is entitled to one Code per Revolut plan subscription during the offer period.
- Revolut reserves the right to disqualify any customer from this offer if it suspects any fraudulent activity or misuse of the offer.
- Revolut will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from or in connection with this offer or the Swiggy One membership.
- Any disputes related to the Swiggy One membership or services should be directed to Swiggy.
- The customer is solely responsible for the safety/security of the Code provided, hence neither Swiggy nor Revolut will be liable to provide a new Code in the event the Code is lost, stolen or used without permission or unlawfully. It is clarified that Swiggy shall not be liable in the event the User has transacted/transferred any amounts towards the purchase of the Swiggy One membership to Revolut and the Voucher Code is not displayed/provided or is erroneous.
Data Privacy:
By participating in this offer, you agree that Revolut may share necessary information with Swiggy for the purpose of fulfilling this offer, in accordance with Revolut's Customer Privacy Notice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
