What is the Promotion about?

Revolut Digital Asset Europe Ltd is offering new crypto retail customers the opportunity to trade crypto with 0% trading fees and fair usage fees for a limited time, in accordance with these terms (the “Promotion”). All other applicable fees, including but not limited to withdrawal or network fees, shall remain in effect and shall be charged in accordance with our Fee Pages.

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to the Promotion. When participating in the Promotion, you must comply with these Promotion Terms, as well as the terms and conditions that apply to your Revolut Retail Cryptocurrency account (the “Personal Account”).

The specific information relevant for this Promotion will be specified on the notification via email, in-app message or a push notification inviting you to participate in the Promotion, (the “Promotion Invitation”). The Promotion Invitation will specify:

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

The Promotion is available to new crypto retail customers. To qualify as an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion, a user must not have held or previously registered for a cryptoasset account with a Revolut entity offering crypto asset services prior to 1 August 2025 16:00 (BST).

The Promotion only applies to Eligible Trades (as defined below).

What counts as an Eligible Trade?

An Eligible Trade is a trade executed during the Promotion Period which falls within one of the following types of transactions:

• Buying or selling individual cryptoassets: Purchasing or selling supported cryptoassets through the Revolut app (e.g. BTC, ETH)
• Buying or selling crypto collections: Trading bundled crypto products, where users can buy or sell pre-curated sets of cryptocurrencies grouped by a common theme
• Crypto send and receive transactions: Sending or receiving cryptocurrency to or from another Revolut user or an external wallet, involving a conversion from fiat to cryptoassets (e.g. a transfer of cryptoassets to another user or a withdrawal to an external wallet using a EUR balance)

Any transactions completed outside the Promotion Window are not covered by the Promotion and will be subject to standard fees in accordance with your Personal Account Terms.

Users will be able to execute an Eligible Trade with 0% trading fees for 30 calendar days from the date of the user's acceptance of the Cryptocurrency Terms (for new users the “Promotion Period”). Upon expiration of the Promotion Period, standard trading fees shall automatically apply.

What other legal information should I know?

1. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect our goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
2. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will try to give you notice through email and in-app Inbox message. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
3. We will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
4. If you close your Revolut Personal account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before the expiry of the Promotion Period, you will no longer be able to avail of the Promotion.
5. We need to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice.

This Promotion is organised, and offered to you, by Revolut Digital Asset Europe Ltd with a registered address of Pikioni 10 Flat/Office 5 3075 Limassol Cyprus that provides you with your Cryptoasset Retail Account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them.

You can still rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and law of the EEA country where you live but Cyprus law applies to these Promotion Terms and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction.
