eSIM Data Plans - Free Teaser Promotion Terms
What is this Promotion about?
- What: Revolut is inviting selected customers to try a Free Teaser eSIM Data Plan (the Free Teaser).
- Who: Select customers residing in the United Kingdom or EEA (the Markets).
- When: You will only be able to start your Free Teaser during a defined time period (the Promotion Period). The promotion end date will be clearly set out in your email invite (the Promotion Invitation). The promotion will start when you receive the Promotion Invitation, unless specified otherwise.
These terms along with the Promotion Invitation (together the Promotion Terms) set out the rules that apply to the Free Teaser. When participating in the Free Teaser, the Data Plans with eSIM - General Conditions of Sale (1GLOBAL), including 1GLOBAL’s Terms of Service apply.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this promotion, you must:
- have a registered address in a Market;
- be an existing Revolut Personal customer with an active, unrestricted account;
- have received a Promotion Invitation; and
- own a compatible device which is not carrier bound.
How do I start my Free Teaser?
The Promotion Invitation specifies the type of plan, data allowance, and plan duration offered for your Free Teaser.
To activate your Free Teaser, you will need to choose Free Teaser within the eSIM Data Plan selection page within the Revolut app for the type of plan offered.
Please note that the intended use of eSIM Data Plans is to consume data roaming abroad outside of your home country.

Please refer to the Data Plans with eSIM - General Conditions of Sale (1GLOBAL), including 1GLOBAL’s Terms of Service which apply during your Free Teaser. |
Promotion abuse or misuse | We may change, suspend or terminate this promotion before the promotion end date if, in our reasonable opinion, it is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. This action may be taken on an individual or promotion-wide basis. Any issues? Please contact Support in the Revolut app. |
Changes or early end | If the promotion changes or terminates early but has not been withdrawn, we will tell you the same way we invited you to the promotion (e.g. email, push notification, in-app). Where possible, we will give notice through the Revolut app and/or email. Don’t worry – if you’ve already taken part in the promotion, changes to the terms won’t affect you unless the promotion is suspended or ends because of reasonably unforeseen circumstances outside of our control which make it impossible to run. |
Fraud or rule-breaking | If you breach the Data Plans with eSIM - General Conditions of Sale (1GLOBAL), including 1GLOBAL’s Terms of Service apply., these terms and conditions, or participate in the promotion fraudulently, we may reverse any Free Teaser. By proceeding, you authorise any such reversal in advance. |
Account closed or restricted | To receive the Free Teaser, you must have an active Personal account (not closed, suspended, or restricted) throughout the Promotion Period and/or at the time you redeem the Free Teaser. |
Taxes | You’re responsible for any local tax that applies to your Free Teaser. Revolut doesn’t accept any liability for tax arising from your participation in the promotion. |
Data & Privacy | We’ll process your personal data in line with the Customer Privacy Notice that applies to your Revolut Personal account. See 1GLOBAL’s privacy notice for more details about how they will handle your personal data. |
Language | The terms and conditions are published in English and may be translated to other languages. |
