What is this promotion about ?

Revolut is offering an exclusive opportunity to eligible individuals residing in France to take part in the Revolut x NBA Paris Games 2025 On-court Tic-Tac-Toe Promotion (the “Promotion”). Please see more information on eligibility below.

The Promotion allows Eligible Participants (see “Who is eligible for this Promotion?”) a chance to be selected to participate in a competition to potentially win a prize of 5,000€ (the “Prize”).

To take part in this Promotion, you must meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Promotion Terms (see “Who is eligible for this Promotion?”).

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms and, if you are a Revolut customer, the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.

Who is eligible for this Promotion ?

To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must meet the following eligibility criteria :

• have a residential address in France;
• be at least 18 years of age; and
• have a valid ticket under your legal name to one of the NBA Paris Games and NBA Paris Jam happening on the 23rd, 24th and 25th of January 2025 at Accor Arena: 8 Bd de Bercy, 75012 Paris, France during the opening and game hours.

To be considered an Eligible Participant and participate in the Promotion, you must also be able to show proof of age and residency to NBA or Revolut officials when prompted to do so. All Eligible Participants will be asked to accept these Promotion Terms before being allowed to participate in the Promotion.

What are the rules for the competition ?

• Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge : the NBA will randomly select two Eligible Participants in the NBA Paris Games presented by Tissot (25 January 2025) to participate in this challenge. Selected Eligible Participants will play a game of Tic Tac Toe using Revolut Card cardboards on a 3x3 grid. The first Eligible Participant to align three cards vertically, horizontally, or diagonally will win the game. In case no Eligible Participant manages to align three cards, no new rounds will be held and no prize will be awarded.

A prize of EUR 5,000 will be awarded to the winner of the Tic Tac Toe Challenge.

Winners will be asked to fill out a paper registration form with their name, surname, phone number and email address. The Prizes will be credited to the Revolut Personal account linked to this information within 10 business days from (i) the day of the competition or (ii) the day on which your Revolut Personal account was successfully opened at Revolut (whichever is earlier). If you provide us with incorrect or missing information and if we send the Prize to an incorrect Revolut Personal account (or are unable to send the Prize to the correct account), you will lose any rights to the Prizes (without any form of compensation).

You must own an operational Revolut Personal account to receive either one of the Prizes. If one of the Prizes is awarded to you and you do not own a Revolut Personal account, you will be required to successfully open an account with us to receive your prize. This includes:

• completing the steps for opening a Revolut Personal account and completing our Know Your Customer checks (“KYC”); and
• being successfully onboarded to Revolut – this means you will have to pass KYC with a registered address in France and there must be no restrictions on your account.

Failure to successfully open a Revolut Personal account within 5 business days of the date of the event will result in the forfeiture of your prize. You will not be entitled to any form of compensation.

Our decisions on how to run and manage the Promotion, including the selection of the winner, are binding.

What other legal information should I know ?

1. The Promotion is organised and offered by Revolut Bank UAB acting via its branch in France (“Revolut France”) whose registered address is 10 avenue Kléber, 75116 Paris, France (SIREN 917 420 077). 2. NBA in these Promotion Terms refers to NBA Properties Inc., the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”), and the NBA member teams (collectively, the “NBA Entities”).
3. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
4. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will try to give Revolut customers notice through the app and/or email. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights if you have already participated in the Promotion.
5. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an unforeseen event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Revolut Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
6. We may decide not to credit your Revolut Personal account with the Prizes if any of the following applies before we are due to credit your account: we become aware you are no longer (or never were) an Eligible Participant; your Revolut Personal account is or becomes suspended or restricted; you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.
7. Please ensure you are aware of the Terms of Use of the NBA Paris Game 2025 event. Revolut will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to these partners.
8. Employees of NBA Entities, including directors, contractors, affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in this Promotion.
9. Revolut may process your personal data as a result of the Promotion for the purposes of executing these Promotional Terms, including but not limited to confirming your eligibility for Promotion and complying with applicable legal requirements. The company responsible for this personal data processing is Revolut France. You may find information about your data subjects rights in Section 9 of Revolut Customer Privacy Notice. If you are a Revolut Personal account holder or will sign up for a Revolut Personal account as part of this Promotion, Revolut will process your personal data in compliance with Revolut Customer Privacy Notice.
10. These Promotion Terms are published in French. If they are translated into another language, the translation is for reference only and the French language version of the Promotion Terms shall prevail. The French version of these Promotion Terms shall be used in any legal proceedings.
11. The Promotion Terms are governed by French law. However, the Promotion Terms will not affect your statutory or legal rights as an EU consumer. You can still rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws and regulations of the EEA country where you live.
12. Consumers may refer disputes in relation to these Promotion Terms to the mediator of the Association Française des Sociétés Financières (“ASF”) once they have been through our internal Revolut complaints process (find more information here). The ASF may be contacted by post at the address below, or online at le médiateur ASF - Accueil: Monsieur le Médiateur de l'ASF 75854 – PARIS CEDEX 17 France.
13. All disputes in relation to these Promotion Terms will be decided by French courts if they have not been resolved in mediation. If you are a consumer residing in an EU member state or another jurisdiction, you may be able to bring legal proceedings in the relevant courts of your home jurisdiction.
14. You can withdraw from this promotion free-of-charge and without having to indicate any reason within the first 14 days of agreeing to participating by letting us know through the Revolut app or by emailing us at [email protected] (withdrawal form), unless the services we provide are fully carried out to you (example, we’ve already credited one of the Prizes to your Revolut Personal account).
15. The NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents are not liable for and will be held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss or damage to an Eligible Participant who purchases a ticket or tickets, or any third party, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the purchase of ticket/s through the Pre-Sale Ticket Access and/or participation in this Promotion.
16. If you are a winner, you agree that NBA Entities may take video recordings or photographs of you in connection with the Promotion (unless you specifically tell us or the NBA that you do not wish to be filmed or photographed), and use such video recordings or photographs for advertising, trade purposes or for any other lawful purpose (unless you specifically tell us or the NBA otherwise). You also acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to receive any compensation (financial or otherwise) in respect of the NBA’s usage of such video recordings or photographs.
