What is this promotion about?

Revolut is offering an exclusive opportunity to eligible individuals residing in France to take part in the Revolut x NBA Paris Games 2025 Fan zone Promotion (the "Promotion"). Please see more information on eligibility below.

The Promotion allows Eligible Participants to be entered into a competition for a chance to win the following prizes (collectively referred to as the "Prizes"):

  • "Rookie" Prize: NBA x Revolut rally towels (market value below EUR 10) in addition to a 15% NBA Store Voucher and a 10% NBA League Pass Premium Voucher; or
  • "All Star" Prize: Revolut knitted game scarfs and NBA x Revolut water bottles (market value of approximately EUR 15); or
  • "Goat" Prize: NBA x Revolut full size basketballs, hoodies and T-shirts (market value of approximately EUR 100).

To take part in this Promotion, you must meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Promotion Terms (see "Who is eligible for this Promotion?") and complete the steps set out in the Revolut on-site booth situated in the NBA House (Carreau du Temple, 4 Rue Eugène Spuller, 75003 Paris, France or Accor Arena: 8 Bd de Bercy, 75012 Paris, Francia) during the opening and game hours - see here.

These terms and conditions (the "Promotion Terms") set out the rules that apply to this Promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms and, if you are a Revolut customer, the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be considered an "Eligible Participant" for this Promotion you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • have a residential address in France;
  • be at least 18 years of age; and
  • have a ticket to access either the NBA House or Accor Arena on specific dates and times - see here.

To be considered an Eligible Participant and participate in the Promotion, you must also be able to show proof of age and residency to NBA or Revolut officials when prompted to do so.

What are the rules for the competition?

Each Eligible Participant taking part in the Promotion has 15 seconds to throw 3 basketballs in the Revolut branded court to score one or several goals. Eligible Participants holding an operational Revolut Personal account under their legal name will be granted an additional bonus of 5 seconds to throw the balls.


A goal is scored each time the ball is thrown by the Eligible Participant from the ground into the basket (or rests on the edge of the basket without falling). Balls that were not thrown within the time granted in the above paragraph – or that were thrown by or with the assistance of any other person than the Eligible Participant – are not considered goals.


Eligible Participants will be awarded one of the Prizes depending on the number of goals they have scored:

  • 1 goal: Rookie Prize - NBA x Revolut rally towels & NBA vouchers;
  • 2 goals: All Star Prize - Revolut knitted game scarfs & NBA x Revolut water bottles; or
  • 3 goals: Goat Prize - NBA x Revolut full size basketballs, hoodies and T-shirts.

One of the Revolut brand ambassadors will hand-over one of the Prizes on-site to the winners.


The Prizes are available in limited quantities. If one or more of the Prizes are exhausted, you will be informed before you can participate in the game. If you agree to participate regardless, there will be no replacement prize if the prize you win is already exhausted (this means that you will not win any of the Prizes and you will not be entitled to compensation).


Our decisions on how to run and manage the Promotion, including the selection of the winner, are binding.


What other legal information should I know?

  1. The Promotion is organised and offered by Revolut Bank UAB acting via its branch in France ("Revolut France") whose registered address is 10 avenue Kléber, 75116 Paris, France (SIREN 917 420 077). If you have a question about the Promotion (other than a complaint), please raise it directly with Revolut France by writing to the following email address: [email protected].
  2. NBA in these Promotion Terms refers to NBA Properties Inc., the National Basketball Association (the "NBA"), and the NBA member teams (collectively, the "NBA Entities").
  3. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
  4. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will try to give Revolut customers notice through the app and/or email. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights if you have already participated in the Promotion.
  5. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an unforeseen event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Revolut Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
  6. We may decide not to grant you the Prizes if any of the following applies before we are due to give your the Prizes: we become aware that you are not or are no longer an Eligible Participant; we must suspend or restrict your Revolut Personal account, if you have one, to comply with our legal obligations, such as our anti-money laundering obligations; you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or you breach the Promotion Terms and/or, if you are a Revolut customer, the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account (accessible here).
  7. Please ensure you are aware of the Terms of Use of the NBA Paris Game 2025 event. Revolut will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to these partners.
  8. Employees of NBA Entities, including directors, contractors, affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in this Promotion.
  9. Revolut may process your personal data as a result of the Promotion for the purposes of executing these Promotional Terms, including but not limited to confirming your eligibility for Promotion and complying with applicable legal requirements. The company responsible for this personal data processing is Revolut France. You may find information about your data subjects rights in Section 9 of Revolut Customer Privacy Notice.   10. If you are a Revolut Personal account holder or will sign up for a Revolut Personal account as part of this Promotion, Revolut will process your personal data in compliance with Revolut Customer Privacy Notice.
  11. These Promotion Terms are published in French. If they are translated into another language, the translation is for reference only and the French language version of the Promotion Terms shall prevail. The French version of these Promotion Terms will be used in any legal proceedings.
  12. The Promotion Terms are governed by French law. However, the Promotion Terms will not affect your statutory or legal rights as an EU consumer. You can still rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws and regulations of the EEA country where you live.
  13. Consumers may refer disputes in relation to these Promotion Terms to the mediator of the Association Française des Sociétés Financières ("ASF") once they have been through our internal Revolut complaints process (find more information here). The ASF may be contacted by post at the address below, or online at le médiateur ASF - Accueil: Monsieur le Médiateur de l'ASF 75854 – PARIS CEDEX 17 France.
  14. All disputes in relation to these Promotion Terms will be decided by French courts if they have not been resolved in mediation. If you are a consumer residing in an EU member state or another jurisdiction, you may be able to bring legal proceedings in the relevant courts of your home jurisdiction.
  15. The NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents are not liable for and will be held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss or damage to an Eligible Participant who purchases a ticket or tickets, or any third party, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the purchase of ticket/s through the Pre-Sale Ticket Access and/or participation in this Promotion.
  16. If you are a winner, you agree that NBA Entities may take video recordings or photographs of you in connection with the Promotion (unless you specifically tell us or the NBA that you do not wish to be filmed or photographed), and use such video recordings or photographs for advertising, trade purposes or for any other lawful purpose (unless you specifically tell us or the NBA otherwise). You also acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to receive any compensation (financial or otherwise) in respect of the NBA’s usage of such video recordings or photographs.
