What is the Promotion about?

Revolut is offering existing Retail customers in France, Spain, Ireland, Greece, Germany, Netherlands, Cyprus, Lithuania, Slovakia, Latvia the opportunity to get up to 100% of a purchase of their choice on us (the “Reward”) by earning RevPoints.

These terms and conditions, along with the Communication (as defined below), (the “PromotionTerms”) set out the rules that apply to the Promotion. When participating in this Promotion, you must comply with these Promotion Terms, as well as the terms and conditions that apply to your Revolut Personal account and RevPoints and any other applicable terms and conditions to which you have agreed.

We’ll show you how many RevPoints you need to earn, the time within which you must earn the RevPoints and the details of the Reward (including the merchants you can choose and how much of the purchase will be on us) in our notification via email, in-app message or a push notification inviting you to participate in the Promotion, (the “Communication”). The Communication will contain a link to these terms and conditions.

When is this Promotion open?

This Promotion runs for the period of time set out in the Communication (the “PromotionPeriod”).

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

You must meet the following eligibility criteria during the Promotion Period to participate in this Promotion:

• be an active Revolut Retail customer with no restrictions on your account,
• be signed up to the RevPoints loyalty programme; and
• receive the Communication from Revolut inviting you to participate in this Promotion.

What do I need to do to participate in this Promotion?

You must complete the following steps to get your Reward:

• enrol in this Promotion by clicking on the link in the Communication; and
• earn the number of RevPoints set out in the Communication within the Promotion Period.

How do I receive my Reward?

To receive your Reward, follow these steps after earning the number of RevPoints set out in the Communication:

• Use your Revolut card to pay for a purchase with the merchant mentioned in the Communication by the date stated in the Communication

We’ll credit your Personal account in line with the Communication within 5 days of your payment. We’ll let you know once we’ve done this by email or a notification in the app.

What other legal information should I know?

1. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if there are reasonable grounds to believe the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
2. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and we will give you notice through an email, push notification and/or in-app Inbox message. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
3. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of a reasonably unforeseeable event outside of its control and that is not due to fault or gross negligence which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
4. If you close your Revolut Personal account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before we grant you your Rewards, you will lose your entitlement to it.
5. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice.
6. These terms are published in English. The English language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language shall apply, prevail and be conclusive and binding (please consult the below table to find out if your local language prevails).
7. If you are resident of Spain: Please note that any payment under this Promotion is subject to IRPF as income from movable capital and it may be subject to withholding tax (in accordance with the applicable legislation and without prejudice to the provisions of the provincial tax regimes). You, when receiving such payments, must declare a yield of movable capital in your savings taxable base determined by the full amount received, and you can deduct from the tax liability the withholding on account if it has been practiced. The total amount of the payment will be the amount communicated in the promotion invitation received in the app plus the amount of tax that we are obliged to withhold. A 19% income tax withholding is made on this amount, which results in the net amount paid.

If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity, prevailing language and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion. You can still rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and law of the country where you live.
