About the role

The Financial Crime Operations department is at the forefront of Revolut’s efforts to keep customers and their money safe. Those ninjas work directly with customers to resolve issues and flag potential concerns. Using cutting edge technology, we aim to prevent financial crime in a way the banking world hasn’t seen so far 💫

We’re looking for Training Specialists experienced in FinCrime to conduct product training sessions for this and other departments in Revolut. Someone with an open approach, excellent presentation skills, and teacher’s patience 🤓 Master of creating solid and engaging training materials. Someone who can explain the most complicated things in the simplest way ✨

What you’ll be doing

• Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
• Deploying different kinds of learning methods company wide such as coaching٫ job-shadowing٫ online training and others
• Organising e-learning courses٫ workshops and other trainings and monitor their completion 
• Monitoring the success of development plans and help employees to make the most of learning opportunities
• Monitoring learning transfer effectiveness
• Preparing and implement learning strategies and programs

What you'll need

• Fluent English (C1)
• FinCrime knowledge (at least 1-2 years of practical experience)
• Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills 
• Ability to handle several tasks and juggle multiple priorities 
• Ability to work independently and productively in a fast-paced environment
• Proactiveness, enthusiasm and innovative approach to work
• Strong team working skills and a collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and remotely
• Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills and passion for continuing learning and development

Compensation range

• Lithuania: €2,200 - €2,600 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
