What is this promotion about?
- What: Revolut is offering prospective customers who open a Revolut Personal account and complete the required steps the opportunity to receive a one-time cashback offer of €20 / £20 / $20 (the Reward).
- Who: Prospective customers residing in Austria, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, the United States and the United Kingdom (the Markets), who are eligible and complete the required steps below.
- When: From 15 May 2026, 00:00 UTC to 31 December 2026, 23:59 UTC (the Promotion Period).
These terms and conditions and this promotion’s landing page set out how this promotion works. You must comply with these terms, and the Personal Terms which will apply to your new Revolut Personal account to participate in this promotion.
To participate in this promotion, you must complete the required steps below before the end of the Promotion Period.
Eligibility and required steps
To be eligible for this promotion, you must:
- have a registered address in the Market,
- not have or have previously held a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut Group entity,
- be at least 18 years old, and
- be eligible to open a Revolut Personal account.
The Required Steps are:
- access the promotion landing page and provide your phone number via the lead-generation box,
- open a Revolut Personal account using the unique link sent to your device. If you sign up for a new Revolut Personal account using the normal account opening process in our app, you will not be able to participate in this promotion, and
- make a genuine card payment of at least €20 / £20 / $20 before the end of the Promotion Period. If you are a French customer, the minimum card payment value is €0.01.
If you spend more than €20 / £20 / $20, you will still receive a maximum of €20 / £20 / $20 in cashback.
Your first card payment must be made using a physical or virtual Revolut card and must be a genuine purchase. A genuine purchase is a permanent (non refunded) payment to a merchant for the acquisition of goods or services in the ordinary course of consumer transactions (for example, retail purchases, dining, travel, or subscription services). Transactions to payment service providers, transfers to other bank accounts, e-wallets, or similar arrangements primarily intended to move or store funds rather than to purchase goods or services are not considered a genuine purchase.
Once you complete the Required Steps above, we will credit your newly opened Revolut Personal account with €20 / £20 / $20 within 10 business days.

Promotion abuse or misuse | We may suspend, change, or end the promotion – for a specific participant or for everyone – if we believe that it’s being abused, could harm Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control arise and make it impossible to continue the promotion. We will not be liable for any loss if we do so. If you have not already started to take part in the promotion, we may withdraw this promotion at any time up to 10 days after the start of the Promotion Period. Any issues? Changes or early end | If the promotion changes or ends early, we will tell you the same way we invited you to the promotion (e.g. email, push notification, in-app). We will give notice through the Revolut app and/or email. Don’t worry – if you’ve already taken part in the promotion, changes to the terms won’t affect you unless the promotion is suspended or ends because of reasonably unforeseen circumstances outside of our control which make it impossible to continue running it. |
Fraud or rule-breaking | If you breach the Revolut Personal Terms, these terms, or participate in the promotion fraudulently, we may reverse any Reward. By proceeding, you authorise and consent in debiting your account in the amount of the Reward. |
Account closed or restricted | To receive the Reward, you must have an active Revolut Personal account (not closed, suspended, or restricted) throughout the Promotion Period and/or at the time you are due to receive the Reward. |
Taxes | You’re responsible for any local tax that applies to your Reward. Revolut does not accept any liability for tax arising from your participation in the promotion. |
Tax in Spain | If you are a resident of Spain, any prize, such as the Reward, is subject to Personal Income Tax. The full amount of the Reward will be paid to you, and no withholding will be applied. You are solely responsible for declaring the value of your Reward and paying any applicable taxes (currently 19%) to the Spanish tax authorities. |
Data & Privacy | We’ll process your personal data in line with the Customer Privacy Notice that applies to your Revolut Personal account. Primavera Sound may also collect personal data or send marketing to you in connection with this promotion. Exclusions | Employees, directors, agents, contractors and affiliates of Revolut group entities are not eligible for this promotion. |
