Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Revolut Australia RevPoints Football Championship Challenge (the “Challenge”), offered by Revolut Payments Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 21 634 823 180) (“RPA”, “Revolut”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
The terms and conditions of the Challenge are set out below (the "Terms"). These Terms apply in addition to the other terms and conditions that apply to you as a customer of Revolut, including the Personal Terms, RevPoints Terms and Fees and Charges Section.
Challenge Period
The Eligible Customer has from 2 June 2026 10:00am AEST to 11 June 2026 9:59am AEST (the “Entry Period”) to submit their winning team within the in-app form.
The Eligible Customer has between 11 June 2026 10:00am AEST and 19 July 2026 9:59am AEST to complete the Challenge (the “Challenge Period”).
What is the Challenge?
The Challenge is the opportunity for Eligible Customers to choose and submit a team who they think will be 2026 World Champions and complete 48 eligible transactions. Once 48 eligible transactions are complete, Eligible Customers will receive the Baseline Reward.
If an Eligible Customer chooses the team that goes on to become the 2026 World Champions, at the end of the Challenge Period they will receive the Bonus Reward.
Reward | Details |
Baseline Reward | Once the Eligible Customer has completed 48 eligible transactions, they will receive a reward of 50 Revpoints at the end of the Challenge Period. The Baseline Reward is in addition to RevPoints earned through everyday spending. |
Bonus Reward | The Bonus Reward is calculated by multiplying the number of goals scored by the winning team by 10 at the end of the Challenge Period. For example, if the Eligible Customer chooses the winning team, and that team has scored a total of 25 goals throughout the Football Championship, the Eligible Customer will receive an additional 250 RevPoints in addition to the Baseline Reward of 50 RevPoints. Please refer to the section headed “When do I receive my RevPoints Reward?” below for more details on which goals are included in this calculation. |
Who is eligible to participate in the Challenge?
To be eligible for the Challenge, you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- have an active Revolut account;
- be signed up to the RevPoints loyalty programme; and
- follow the steps outlined in the section below (“What do I need to do to take part in the Challenge?”)
What do I need to do to take part in the Challenge?
To take part in the Challenge and receive the Baseline Reward you must during the Challenge Period complete all of the following steps:
- opt into RevPoints;
- join the Challenge using the email or in-app notification received;
- choose the national team you think will win on the “Pick your winner” in-app form during the Entry Period; and
- complete 48 eligible physical or virtual Revolut Card transactions within the Challenge Period.
To receive the Bonus Reward, you must have completed the steps above and have selected the team that goes on to become the 2026 World Champions.
For the avoidance of doubt, a card transaction means you use your Revolut physical or virtual card to purchase goods and/or services from a third-party merchant. For example, card transactions to payment service providers, money transfers, or the purchase of any investments, cryptocurrencies or commodities within the Revolut app, do not qualify as card transactions. Please see Section 3 (“Earning Points”) of the RevPoints Terms for more details on eligible and excluded transactions.
When & how will winners be notified?
Eligible Customers will be notified by in-app notification once they have earned the Baseline Reward and Bonus Reward.
When do I receive my RevPoints Reward?
RevPoints Rewards will be automatically deposited into your account at the end of the Challenge Period.
All scoring decisions are subject to the final ruling of the match officials and the governing league body. Subsequent changes after the match day will not be recognised by Revolut. All goals scored by a team and confirmed by the match official during regular play and extra time will count towards the Bonus Reward.
- Goals scored by a player into their own net (own goals) shall be credited to the total of the opposing (benefiting) team.
- Goals scored during a post-match penalty shootout to determine a winner are strictly excluded from the definition of ‘goals scored’ for the purpose of calculating the Bonus Reward.
What else should I know?
Please contact Customer Support via the Revolut App if you have experienced any issues in relation to this Promotion.
If you close your Revolut account or your account becomes suspended or restricted, then you will no longer be entitled to enter into the RevPoints Reward, nor will you receive the Prize if you are the winner.
Revolut confirms that any fees are standard account opening costs and are not required to participate in the Promotion.
Individuals who are not Eligible for the Bonus Reward are still eligible for the Baseline Reward.
Events beyond the control of Revolut may occur that render the completion of the Promotion or awarding of the Prize impossible. Accordingly, Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control.
If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (such as for example attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception) we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms can be dealt with by the Courts of the State of Victoria.
