What is this Promotion about?
Revolut is offering prospective Personal customers residing in Denmark and the United Kingdom (together, the “Eligible Markets”) the opportunity to receive a cash award of 150 DKK or 20 GBP based on your country of residence (the “Cash Award”) when you, as an Eligible Participant, complete the Required Steps.
These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to the Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms and also the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in the Promotion.
To take part in this Promotion, you must be an Eligible Participant and complete the Required Steps set out in these Promotion Terms between 8 April 2025 (00:00 UTC) and 31 December 2025 (23:59 UTC). We call this the “Promotion Period”.
Who is eligible for this Promotion?
To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must:
- have a residential address in an Eligible Market listed above;
- not have or have previously held a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut group entity; and
- be at least 18 years of age.
You must complete the following “Required Steps” before the end of the Promotion Period:
- Click on the Promotion’s unique link provided by Revolut to you via text message. This unique link will redirect you to Revolut’s website where you will need to provide your phone number in order to be directed to the sign up flow for a Revolut Personal account.
- Successfully open a Revolut Personal account for the first time through the Promotion unique link.
- Make your first card payment (of any amount).
You must use the Promotion unique link provided as part of this Promotion to sign up for a Revolut Personal account. If you sign up using the normal account opening process in our app, you will not be able to take part in this Promotion.
Your first card payment can be made using a physical or virtual Revolut card linked to your Revolut Personal account. It must be a genuine purchase (for example, transactions to payment service providers, other bank accounts and e-wallets are not genuine purchase transactions).
How do I get my Cash Award?
The Cash Award will be credited to your Revolut Personal account within 10 business days of the Required Steps being completed.
What other legal information should I know?
- If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced. Any changes to these Promotion Terms will not apply to you if you have already participated in the Promotion.
- Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
- We reserve the right to reverse the Cash Award during the Promotion Period if the payment that earned you the Cash Award is refunded to you, you earned the Cash Award fraudulently, if you breach the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account in order to get the Cash Award, or if we become aware you were not compliant with these Promotion Terms.
- If you close your Revolut Personal account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before we were due to credit your account with the Cash Award or between the time of qualifying for the Cash Award and receiving it, you will lose your entitlement to it.
- Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice.
- These terms are published in English and any translation is a courtesy and an unofficial translation only. Participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version. The English language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language shall prevail.
- The Promotion is organised and offered:
- For customers resident in the United Kingdom: by Revolut Ltd with a registered address at 7 Westferry Circus, London, E14 4HD. To the extent permitted by law, these Promotion Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Promotion Terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
- For customers residing in Denmark: by Revolut Bank UAB, a company whose registered address is at Konstitucijos ave. 21B, 08130 Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania. To the extent permitted by law these Promotion Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania. Despite this, you can still rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Promotion Terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the competent court in Lithuania or in the courts of any EU Member State where you reside.
