What is this promotion about?
- What: Keep earning a boosted rate of 2.02% AER (2.00% NIR) (variable) in EUR on up to €25,000 held in your personal Instant Access Savings after your Instant Access Savings Promotion ends (the "Offer").
- Who: Customers who took part in the Instant Access Savings Promotion in Spain and have been selected to take part in the Offer, based on an internal score of how they used our services during the Promotion.
- When: From 17 October 2026 until 14 January 2027 (the "Offer Period").
Why is this information important?
These terms and conditions (the "Promotion Terms") set out the rules that apply to this Offer. They form part of your agreement with Revolut for your Instant Access Savings, together with the Pre-contractual Information Instant Access Savings, the Personal terms | Revolut Spain, the Fees | Revolut Spain and the Instant Access Savings Terms | Revolut Spain. If anything in these Promotion Terms conflicts with other terms that apply to your Instant Access Savings, these Promotion Terms take priority for the Offer.
What exactly do I get?
During the Offer Period, you will earn interest daily at 2.02% AER (2.00% NIR) on the balance in your personal Instant Access Savings, up to a maximum of €25,000 across all your personal Instant Access Savings accounts. Any balance above €25,000 earns the variable rate applicable to your plan, as set out in the Pre-contractual Information Instant Access Savings.
Representative example: €1,000 held from 17 October 2026 until 14 January 2027 at 2.02% AER / 2.00% NIR generates €4.93 in gross interest.
Who is eligible?
To be eligible for this Offer, you must:
- have taken part in the Instant Access Savings Promotion in Spain, and still hold the Instant Access Savings account you opened under it;
- have a valid tax residency in Spain;
- have an active Revolut Personal account with no restrictions;
- be on the Standard, Plus, Premium or Metal plan; and
- have received a direct invitation/communication about this promotion from Revolut via email and/or in-app push notification.
Please note: This promotion is structured as an exclusive, invitation-only campaign. If you have not received a direct communication from us regarding this specific Instant Access Savings Offer, you are not eligible to participate.
How do I take part?
You do not need to do anything. If you are eligible, you are enrolled automatically and the boosted rate applies to your existing Instant Access Savings account from 17 October 2026.
What happens when the Offer Period ends?
On 15 January 2027, the boosted rate ends and your Instant Access Savings account will earn the variable rate applicable to your plan, as set out in the Pre-contractual Information Instant Access Savings. We will tell you at least 30 days before this happens.
What other legal information should I know?
- This Offer is organised and offered to you by RBUAB Branch in Spain, with number of registration with the Bank of Spain 1583, registration with the Commercial Registry of Madrid at Volume 44863, Book 0, Sheet 1, Section 8, Page M789831, Inscription 1 and with its address at Principe de Vergara, 132, 4th Floor. 28002. Madrid.
- We may change, suspend or end the Offer, if the Offer is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to run the Offer. We may suspend or end the Offer on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
- We reserve the right to revert the Offer you have received during the Offer Period if you participate in the Offer fraudulently, if you breach the terms that apply to your Revolut account, or if we become aware you were not compliant with these Promotion Terms. This means we will calculate the interests applicable to your Instant Access Savings according to the rate set in this document and will debit in your main account the difference between that amount and the interest paid under the boosted rate offered under this Offer. You consent and authorise us to make such a debit for this purpose.
- Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, that is not due to fault or gross negligence, as a result of an event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Offer as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular offer in relation to the Offer that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
- If you close your Revolut Personal account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before you got any of the Offer or between the time of qualifying for the Offer and receiving it, you will lose your entitlement to the Offer. Similarly, if you close your Revolut Instant Access Savings or if any of your accounts or sub-accounts become suspended or restricted, this Instant Access Savings Offer will be lost.
- Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice.
- These Promotion Terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Spain have exclusive jurisdiction to hear disputes related to, or arising of, these terms.
- The terms and conditions are published in English and Spanish. The Spanish version prevails over the English version and will be used in any proceedings.
- By participating in this Offer, you confirm that you understand that this Offer you receive may be subject to local income tax in Spain (19%) the country of your residence and/or in the local territory where you are tax resident. RBUAB Branch in Spain will withhold tax in line with Spanish tax regulations on the interest accrued and the daily interest payment that will happen in your Instant Access Savings will be net of tax withheld at source. - Any concerns or complaints can be raised via the in-app chat. If you prefer, you can make your complaint using our online form. Or you can email us at formalcomplaints@revolut.com. - You can withdraw from these Promotion Terms free of charge and without having to indicate any reason, during the first 14 days, by closing the Instant Access Savings account in the app.
