Financial Times Subscriptions T&Cs

1. This subscription (the Subscription) gives you access to the Financial Times’ “FT Edit”.
2. These terms (the Offer Terms) are Revolut Bank UAB’s (acting where applicable through the local branch that provides you with your Revolut account) terms that apply to the Subscription available under the Student Benefits Promotion. They form part of, and should be read together with the Student Benefits Promotion Terms and Conditions (the Student Benefits Promotion T&Cs). In the event of any conflict, these Offer Terms prevail in respect of matters specific to the Subscription.
3. The underlying Subscription is provided by our third-party partner, the Financial Times (the Partner). When you redeem the Subscription, you take it out directly with the Partner (the Partner Subscription) and, in doing so, agree to the Partner's own terms and conditions, which govern your use of the Partner's service. Revolut has no control over that relationship and will not be responsible for any issues arising from or in connection with the service the Partner provides to you. This does not limit Revolut's responsibility for its own acts or omissions.
4. Some universities provide access to the Partner’s services under their own licence. If your university already provides you with access, you should use that access instead and you may not be able to redeem this Subscription. You can check here.
5. In order to redeem this Subscription, you must follow the steps set out below:

• Go to your Revolut Student Benefits Hub by clicking on “Profile” in the top left hand corner and clicking on “Student Benefits”;
• In the Student Benefits Hub, select Financial Times. On iOS, this sits under Subscriptions and opens in your browser;
• Click on ‘Go to Financial Times’ and you will be redirected to the Financial Times landing page;
• Create your account and your Subscription will be automatically applied;
• If you have an existing Financial Times subscription, you will be shown that you are ineligible for the offer, and suggested to contact Financial Times Customer Care.

6. Subject to point 15 of these Offer Terms, this Subscription is valid for as long as the Student Benefits Promotion and your participation in it remain active, unless ended earlier under the Promotion T&Cs.

7. If your participation in the Student Benefits Promotion ends for any reason, whether because the promotion itself ends, or because you cease to meet the eligibility criteria (such as upon graduation, loss of eligibility, or failure to re-verify your university email), your promotional access to this Subscription will end and you will no longer be able to redeem it through the promotion. If you later become eligible again, you will not be granted a new or replacement promotional code and will only have access to your original code.

8. Any Partner subscription you have already redeemed is separate: it may continue, renew or end under the Partner's own terms.

9. Subscriptions are non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products with Revolut or Partner.

10. The Subscription offer is for personal use by eligible Revolut users only. The Subscription is only available to Student Benefits Promotion users in certain markets and if it is not shown to you in the App, it is not available to you.

11. If the Subscription is already included in your Revolut Paid Plan, the benefit under your Revolut Paid Plan continues to apply and you will not receive an additional, extended or replacement subscription under the Student Benefits Promotion. Where you would be eligible for a Subscription under both your Revolut Paid Plan and the Student Benefits Promotion, the more favourable benefit applies. This Subscription is therefore available to eligible customers on Revolut plans that do not already include this Partner Subscription.

12. The Subscription is available only to:

• Revolut customers who have a personal account opened under our Personal Terms with no restrictions, and
• meet the eligibility criteria for the Student Benefits Promotion.

13. By signing up this Partner Subscription, you agree to Partner’s Terms and Conditions (https://help.ft.com/legal-privacy/terms-and-conditions/).

14. In the event that the Partner URL does not work, please reach out to Revolut Support. For any other issues in relation to your Partner’s service, please refer to the Partner’s customer service team by email at help@ft.com or https://help.ft.com/contact/

15. The Subscription and the Offer Terms may only be changed due to:

• changes to the Partner’s offer;
• termination of our Partner agreement; or
• legal or regulatory requirements.

16. Where a change to the Subscription is to your disadvantage, we will give you at least 30 days' advance notice so that you can cancel before it takes effect. In Portugal, we will give you at least 30 days' advance notice of any change, whether or not it is to your disadvantage. In each case, this notice requirement does not apply where:

• the Subscription ends because you no longer meet the eligibility criteria; or
• the Subscription ends because the Promotion ends for any reason; or
• the change is required for an unforeseeable reason outside of our control (for example, a fact related to the Partner); or
• we are adding purely administrative or informational wording to these terms, including adding or updating details of participating local branches or Revolut entities.
