What is this Promotion about?
Revolut is offering existing customers residing in Sweden (the Eligible Country) the opportunity to take part in the Revolut x Hammarby Fotboll ticketing-sale Promotion (the Promotion).
Eligible participants can:
- get access to purchase tickets for the Hammarby Fotboll matches (Ticket Access).
These terms and conditions (the Promotion Terms) and the information contained in the additional communications related to this Promotion set out the rules that apply to these Promotions. You must comply with these Promotion Terms, the information contained in the additional communications related to this Promotion and the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in the relevant Promotion.
These Promotion Terms set out the rules applicable to this Promotion. During the entire duration of your participation in the Promotion, you are obliged to comply with these Promotion Terms, as well as the Personal Terms applicable to your Revolut Personal account.
Who is eligible for this Promotion?
In order to qualify as an Eligible Participant for this Promotion you must:
- have a residential address in the Eligible Country;
- be at least 18 years of age.
How do I get exclusive Ticket Access?
You will be automatically eligible to receive the Ticket Access as long as you have an active Revolut account during the Promotion Period and reside in the Eligible Country.
If you are eligible, you will receive an email (to the email registered to your Revolut Personal account) with a digital link to access the sale for the relevant match. The digital link will direct you to a page on the partners ticketing platform where you can have an opportunity to purchase tickets for a Hammarby Fotboll game.
You will have access to buy tickets (subject to ticket availability and on a first come, first served basis) but you’ll need to cover the cost of any ticket/s you buy and the cost of attending the event yourself. The number of tickets that can be purchased by a single customer will be capped, and indicated on the dedicated partners ticketing webpage.
You will only receive this email from Revolut if you have opted into receiving promotions from us. You can choose to opt-out in the “Security & privacy” section of the app or, if you are on the latest version of our app, you can find this in the “Notification settings” section.
What other legal information should I know?
- We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if there are reasonable grounds to believe the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to continue running this Promotion. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
- If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will give you prior notice. Changes to these Promotion Terms will not apply to you if you have already participated in the Promotion before the change is announced.
- Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination..
- Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned.
- Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice.
- These terms are published in English and any translation is a courtesy and an unofficial translation only. Participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version. The English language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in any legal proceedings.
This Promotion is organised and offered to you by Revolut Bank UAB, with the registered address Konstitucijos ave. 21B, 08105 Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania. The law that applies to these Promotion Terms is Lithuanian Law, and the competent courts of Lithuania (or in the courts of any EU Member State where you reside).
