Wizz Air x Revolut Prize Draw: €1000 WIZZ Credits

What is this Promotion about?

As part of the Revolut x Wizz Air Promotion (the “Promotion”), Revolut and Wizz Air are offering prospective Revolut Personal customers residing in Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, or the United Kingdom (together, the “Eligible Markets”) the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw for a chance to receive €1000 (or currency equivalent) WIZZ Credits, except for Latvia where, due to local legal requirements, the WIZZ Credits will be limited to €720 (the “Prize”). Note WIZZ Credits are subject to the Wizz Credits Terms and Conditions (www.wizzair.com/cms/api/docs/default-source/downloadable-documents/wizz-account-tc_apr24_en_gb_fdc032af-d010-4fe1-856d-9132de926cbd.pdf).

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion, and you must accept and comply with these Promotion Terms and also the terms and conditions that apply to your new Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.

To take part in this Promotion, you must meet the Eligibility Criteria and complete the Required Steps set out in these Promotion Terms between 1 August 2025 (00:00 UTC) and 31 August 2025 (00:00 UTC). We call this the “Promotion Period”.

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must meet the following “Eligibility Criteria”:

• have a residential address in an Eligible Market;
• not have or have previously held a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut group entity;
• be at least 18 years of age; and
• complete the following “Required Steps” before the end of the Promotion Period:

- click on the Promotion unique link – this will be provided on Wizz Air’s affiliate link or following completion of a purchase through Wizz Air’s Revolut Pay guest checkout;

- successfully open a Revolut Personal account for the first time through the Promotion unique link; and

- make a first genuine card transaction of at least EUR 5 (or currency equivalent).

You must use the Promotion unique link provided as part of this Promotion or the Revolut Pay guest checkout flow to sign up for a Revolut Personal account. If you sign up using the normal account opening process in our app, you will not be able to take part in this Promotion.

Your first card payment can be made using a physical or virtual Revolut card linked to your Revolut Personal account. It must be a genuine purchase (for example, transactions to payment service providers, other bank accounts and e-wallets will not be considered a genuine purchase).

How do I receive the Prize ?

Within 5 business days after the end of the Promotion Period, we will include the Revolut usernames of all Eligible Participants in the prize draw, and we will randomly select one Eligible Participant as the winner using a random number generator algorithm.

If you are the winner, we will notify you via email (to the email address registered to your Revolut Personal account). You will have 7 calendar days from the time we initially reach out to you to accept the Prize. If you do not respond or provide us with the required information within this time, you will not be entitled to the Prize and we will randomly select another Eligible Participant from the Prize Draw to be the winner.

If within 7 calendar days of contacting you to tell you you have won, we realise that you no longer meet the criteria to be considered an Eligible Participant, we will be unable to award you with the Prize, and we will randomly select another Eligible Participant from the Prize Draw to be the winner.

Each Eligible Participant who is selected as a winner will have the same amount of time to accept the Prize.

How do I use my WIZZ Credits?

Once you have agreed to receive the prize, Revolut and/or Wizz Air will contact you via your Revolut registered email address, requesting details of your Wizz Air account, where the Prize will be sent to. Please note, that WIZZ Credits can only be given to users who have a Wizz Air account, so if you do not have a Wizz Air account, you will need to create one to receive the Prize.

Once your Wizz Air account is set up, Wizz Air will credit the Credits to your account and you will be able to use it to purchase flights and any Wizz Air’s services, in line with the Wizz Credits Terms and Conditions (www.wizzair.com/cms/api/docs/default-source/downloadable-documents/wizz-account-tc_apr24_en_gb_fdc032af-d010-4fe1-856d-9132de926cbd.pdf). The Credits you receive are valid for 5 years from the date they are issued. After this period, any unused credits will expire and can’t be used, recovered, or exchanged for cash or other benefits.

What other legal information should I know?

1. Wizz Air in these Promotion Terms refers to Wizz Air Malta Limited, WIZZ AIR UK LIMITED or WIZZ Air Hungary Légiközlekedési Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság. 2. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if there are reasonable grounds to believe the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to reasonably unforeseeable circumstances which are outside of our control and make it impossible for us to continue running this Promotion. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.

3. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will give you notice through email. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of a change, early suspension or termination.

4. To the extent permitted by law, Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of a reasonably unforeseeable event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned.

5. The Wizz Air General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage terms and conditions (www.wizzair.com/en-gb/legal/general-conditions-of-carriage-for-passengers-and-baggage) apply to any booking made with the Prize. Revolut will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to Wizz Air.

6. We may decide not to grant you the Prize if we become aware you are no longer an Eligible Participant because you no longer meet the Required Steps, your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted, you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception) and/or you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

7. Employees of Wizz Air and Revolut, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in this Promotion.

8. These Promotion Terms are published in English. If they are translated into another language, the translation is for reference only, the English language version of the Promotion Terms shall prevail and be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language must be used, the local language will prevail and be used in legal proceedings (please consult the below table to determine if your local language prevails).

9. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice. Wizz Air will also collect personal data about you when you purchase through Wizz Air. See Wizz Air's privacy notice (www.wizzair.com/en-gb/legal/privacy-notice) for more details about how they will handle your personal data. Revolut will also have to provide your first and last name and email address to Wizz Air in order to advise who the winner is.

10. By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you understand that the Prize may be subject to local income tax in the country of your residence and/or in the local territory where you are a tax resident. It is your responsibility to pay any tax which may arise from receiving the Prize. Revolut will bear no liability for any tax obligations which may arise from receiving the Prize as part of this Promotion.

11. If the winner is a Spanish user, the following clause also applies: Any payment under this Promotion is subject to IRPF as income from movable capital subject to withholding tax (in accordance with the applicable legislation and without prejudice to the provisions of the provincial tax regimes). You, when receiving such payments, must declare a yield of movable capital in your savings taxable base determined by the full amount received, and you can deduct from the tax liability the withholding on account practiced.

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion. You can rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
