Revolut x Sziget & Revolut x Rock en Seine On-Site Promotion

What is this promotion about?


Revolut is offering its prospective Personal customers residing in Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Slovakia, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands (the “Eligible Markets”) the opportunity to take part in the Revolut x Sziget & Revolut x Rock en Seine Promotion (the “Promotion”).

This promotion will take place exclusively through on-site activations at the Rock en Seine (6 to 11 August 2025) and Sziget (20 to 24 August 2025) festivals. Multiple sign-up opportunities will be available during these festivals, primarily via unlinked cards and QR codes distributed and promoted by our brand ambassadors.

The Promotion allows Eligible Participants who complete the Required Steps to:

  • receive 20 EUR (or currency equivalent) (the “New Customer Offer”); and
  • be entered into a “Prize Draw” for a chance to win 5,000 EUR (or currency equivalent) (the “Prize”).

To take part in this Promotion, you must complete the Required Steps set out below before the end of the relevant “Promotion Period”. Please be aware that the Promotion Period for the Prize and the New Customer Offer will be different and are set out below:

  • New Customer Offer: all Required Steps below need to be completed between 6 August 2025 and 31 December 2025.
  • Prize: only the first two Required Steps need to be completed between 6 August 2025 and 31 August 2025.

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms and also the Personal terms that apply to your new Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.


Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be considered an “Eligible Participant” you must:

  • have a residential address in the Eligible Market;
  • not have or have previously held a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut group entity; and
  • be at least 18 years of age.


What do I need to do to take part in the Promotion?

Eligible Participants must complete the following "Required Steps" to take part in this Promotion:

  1. Click on the unique link for the Promotion. This link will be available on-site, through different touchpoints, such as, but not limited to, unlinked cards, QR codes.
  2. Follow the unique link for the Promotion and successfully open a Revolut Personal account and pass our Know Your Customer (“KYC”) checks before the end of the Promotion Period; and
  3. Complete a genuine card transaction of at least 1 EUR or currency equivalent. Your first card payment can be made using a physical or virtual Revolut card linked to your Revolut Personal account. It must be a genuine purchase (for example, transactions to payment service providers, other bank accounts and e-wallets are not considered genuine purchases). If you are an Eligible Participant and complete steps 1 and 2, but do not complete this step, you will still be eligible for the Prize Draw.


You must use the unique link provided as part of this Promotion to sign up to a Revolut Personal account. This unique link serves as your entry into the Prize Draw. If you sign up using the normal account opening process in our app, you will not be eligible for this Promotion.


In order to earn the New Customer Offer, you must complete all three Required Steps between 6 August 2025 and 31 December 2025.

In order to be entered into the Prize Draw, you only need to complete Required Steps 1 and 2 above between 6 August 2025 and 31 August 2025.


How do I get my New Customer Offer?

Once you have completed all Required Steps, we will credit the New Customer Offer to the main balance of your Revolut Personal account within 10 business days of the required card payment being successfully completed.


How do I enter the Prize Draw?

Within 5 business days after the end of the Promotion Period, we will include all Eligible Participants that completed the Required Steps 1 and 2 in the Prize Draw, and we will randomly select one as the winner.


You will have 48 hours from the time we initially reach out to you to accept the Prize. If you do not respond within this time, or if the information you provided us with after we notified you is not correct or is incomplete, we will randomly select another Eligible Participant from the Prize Draw to be the winner.

We will credit the Prize to the main balance of your Revolut Personal account within 10 business days after you accept the Prize.


If we contact you to tell you have won but within 48 hours of contacting you we realise that you no longer meet the criteria to be considered an Eligible Participant, we will be unable to award you with the Prize, and we will randomly select another Eligible Participant from the Prize Draw to be the winner.


Each Eligible Participant who is selected as a winner will have the same amount of time to accept the Prize. Our decisions on how to run and manage the Promotion, including the selection of the winner, are binding.


What other legal information should I know?

1. We may suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to offer the Prize. We may suspend or end the Promotion on an individual or promotion-wide basis.

2. If we need to suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will give you notice through the app and/or email. Any changes to the Promotion will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.

3. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of a reasonably unforeseeable event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.

4. We may decide not to grant you the Prize if any of the following applies before we are due to send you the Prize:

  • we become aware you are no longer an Eligible Participant because your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted;
  • you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or
  • you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

5. If you sign up for a Revolut Personal account as part of this Promotion, we may not award you or may reverse the New Customer Offer (we will consider the reversal to have been done with your consent and the payment to have been authorised by you) if any of the following applies:

  • the card payment required as part of the Required Steps was unsuccessful and/or was cancelled or reverted;
  • your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted;
  • you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or
  • you breach these Promotion Terms or the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

6. By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you understand that the Prize or New Customer Offer may be subject to local income tax in the country of your residence and/or in the local territory where you are a tax resident. It is your responsibility to pay any tax which may arise from receiving the Prize, New Customer Offer or any other reward (except otherwise expressed in number 9 and 10 below). Revolut will bear no liability for any tax obligations which may arise from receiving the Prize, New Customer Offer or any other reward as part of this Promotion.

7. Employees of Revolut or of the Sziget Festival or Rock en Seine Festival, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in this Promotion.

8. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice.

9. If you are resident of Spain: The Prize is subject to IRPF as income from movable capital and may be subject to withholding tax (in accordance with the applicable legislation and without prejudice to the provisions of the provincial tax regimes). You, when receiving such payments and/or prices, must declare a yield of movable capital in your savings taxable base determined by the full amount received, and you can deduct from the tax liability the withholding on account if it has been practiced. The total amount of the payment and/or price will be the amount communicated in the promotion invitation received in the app plus the amount of tax that we are obliged to withhold, if applicable. A 19% income tax withholding is made on this amount, which results in the net amount paid.

10. If you are a resident of the Netherlands the following conditions also apply to you:

  • We hereby confirm that this Promotion is in accordance with the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance.
  • These promotion terms and conditions are published in Dutch. If translated into another language, the translation is for reference only and the Dutch version of the Promotion Terms and Conditions will prevail. In any legal proceedings, the Dutch version of these Promotion Terms and Conditions will be used.
  • If you have a complaint about this promotion, please contact support via the app and let them know that you want to make a complaint. We will investigate your complaint and try to resolve matters as quickly as possible via email.
  • If you are not satisfied with the way we have handled your complaint, you can still submit your complaint to the Dutch Gambling Authority. The Gambling Authority can be reached via the following email address: [email protected].
  • In accordance with the Dutch tax rules for promotional games, Revolut is legally obliged to withhold tax on behalf of the winners on prizes exceeding 449 EUR. Please note that this only applies to the Prize Draw and not to the New Customer Offer. The rate of gambling tax will be 34.20% as of 1 January 2025. The gross prize per winner will amount to a maximum of 6,710 EUR. However, after deduction of the gambling tax, the value of the net prize will then amount to a maximum of 5,000 EUR. 11. These Promotion Terms are published in English. The English version of these Promotion Terms shall prevail and be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law a local language should be used, the local language will prevail and will be used in legal proceedings (please refer to the below table to determine whether another language prevails and will be used in legal proceedings).

12. This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entities that provide you with your Personal account in Eligible Countries. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity or branch, the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion and the language of the terms that applies to you. You can always rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
