Revolut x Rock en Seine 2025 Cash Award

1. What is this Promotion about?

As part of Revolut x Rock en Seine 2025 cash award offer (the “Promotion”), Revolut is offering prospective new Personal customers residing in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Greece, the Netherlands, Poland, Lithuania, Hungary, Germany, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Slovakia and the United Kingdom (collectively, the "Eligible Countries") the opportunity to receive a EUR 20/ GBP 20/ HUF 8500 / RON 99/ PLN 85 (depending on their Eligible Country, as indicated on the landing page)) credit to their newly opened Revolut Personal account (the "Cash Award").

These terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”) set out the rules applicable to this Promotion and you must comply with these Promotion Terms, as well as the Personal Terms applicable to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in the Promotion.

To participate in the Promotion, you must meet the Eligibility Criteria and complete the steps set out in these Promotion Terms between 13 February 2025 (00:00 CET) and 31 December 2025 (23:59 CET). We call this the "Promotion Period".

2. Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must meet the following “Eligibility Criteria”:

• have a residential address in an Eligible Country;
• not currently or previously have had a Personal account with any company in the Revolut group entity.

You must also complete the “Required Steps” before the end of the Promotion Period:

• Click on the Promotion's unique link - this will be visible on Rock en Seine’s website and social media platforms, as well as in content provided by Rock en Seine's partners and partner influencers (namely, newsletters, social media posts and youtube videos);
• Successfully open a Revolut Personal account for the first time through the Promotion's unique link; and
• Make your first card payment of at least EUR 1/ GBP 1/ HUF 1t/ RON 1 / PLN 1 as indicated on the landing page.

You must use the Promotion unique link provided as part of this Promotion to sign up for a Revolut Personal account. If you sign up using the normal account opening process, you will not be an Eligible Participant.

You can make your first card payment with a physical or virtual card linked to your Revolut Personal account. This must be a genuine purchase (for example, transactions to a payment service provider, another bank account or e-wallet are not considered genuine), made in a currency consistent with the landing page used (EUR/GBP/HUF/PLN/RON).

3. How do I get my Cash Award?

Eligible Participants that have completed the Required Steps will receive the Cash Award in their newly opened Revolut Personal account from the Revolut entity which provides you with your Revolut Personal Account within 10 business days of completing the Required Steps.

4. What other legal information do I need to know?

1. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
2. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and we will give you notice through the app and/or email. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
3. We reserve the right to reverse the Cash Award during the Promotion Period if the payment that earned you the Cash Award is refunded to you, you earned the Cash Award fraudulently, if you breach the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account in order to get the Cash Award, or if we become aware you were not compliant with these Promotion Terms. In such cases you agree to reverse the Cash Reward and such reversal is authorized by you.
4. If you close your Revolut Personal account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before we were due to credit your account with the Cash Award or between the time of qualifying for the Cash Award and receiving it, you will lose your entitlement to it.
5. Employees, directors, agents, subcontractors and any other partners of any member of the Revolut group of companies are not entitled to participate in the Promotion.
6. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice.
7. These Promotion Terms are published in English. If they are translated into another language, the translation is for reference only and the English language version of the Promotion Terms shall prevail. The English version of these Promotion Terms shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language shall prevail.

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion.
