Revolut x NBA Games 2026 - Ultra and Metal Customers

What are these Promotions about?

Revolut is offering existing Ultra and Metal customers residing in the United Kingdom, Austria, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Cyprus, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Hungary (the Eligible Countries) the opportunity to take part in the Revolut x NBA Berlin Game 2026 Pre-sale Promotion (the NBA Berlin Game) or the Revolut x NBA London Game 2026 Pre-sale Promotion (the NBA London Game) (together, the Promotions).

Eligible participants can:

• get exclusive access to pre-sale ticket lines for the NBA Berlin Game and / or the NBA London Game (Pre-Sale Ticket Access).

These terms and conditions (the Promotion Terms) and the information on the Promotions’ landing pages set out the rules that apply to these Promotions. You must comply with these Promotion Terms, the information contained in the landing pages and the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in the relevant Promotion.

You must complete the required steps below between September 24, 2025 00:00 (UTC) and October 16, 2025 23:59 (UTC) (the Promotion Period).

Who is eligible?

To be eligible you must:

• be an existing Ultra or Metal Customer residing in an Eligible Country.

If you do not have an active Revolut Ultra or Metal subscription, you can become eligible if you upgrade during the Promotion Period, through the dedicated links for either of the Promotions.

How do I get exclusive Pre-Sale Ticket Access?

You will be automatically eligible to receive the Pre-Sale Ticket Access as long as you have an active Revolut Ultra or Metal subscription during the Promotion Period and reside in an Eligible Country.

If you are eligible, you will receive an email (to the email registered to your Revolut Personal account) on 17 October 2025 with a digital link to access the pre-sale for the relevant game. The digital link will direct you to a page on AXS' website where you can have an opportunity to purchase tickets for the NBA Berlin Game(https://nbaevents.nba.com/europegames) and / or the NBA London Game (https://nbaevents.nba.com/london) from midday CET on 17 October 2025.

You will have access to buy pre-sale tickets (subject to ticket availability and on a first come, first served basis) but you’ll need to cover the cost of any ticket/s you buy and the cost of attending the event yourself. The number of tickets that can be purchased by a single customer will be capped, and indicated on the dedicated AXS webpage.

You will only receive this email from Revolut if you have opted into receiving third party promotions from us. You can do this in the “Security & privacy” section of the app or, if you are on the latest version of our app, you can find this in the “Notification settings” section.

What other legal information should I know?

1. NBA in these Promotion Terms refers to NBA Properties Inc., the National Basketball Association (the NBA), and the NBA member teams (collectively, the NBA Entities).
2. We may change, suspend or end the Promotions earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Promotions are being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control and make it impossible for us to offer Pre-Sale Ticket Access with the NBA or their affiliates. We may suspend or end the Promotions on an individual or promotions-wide basis.
3. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotions before the end of the Promotion Periods, we will give you notice through the app and/or email. Any changes to the Promotions will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in a Promotion, except if the change is due to reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control and which may make it impossible for us to offer Pre-Sale Ticket Access with the NBA or their affiliates. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, that is not due to fault or gross negligence, as a result of a reasonably unforeseeable event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotions as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotions that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
4. We may decide not to grant you Pre-Sale Ticket Access or the New Customer Offer if any of the following applies before we are due to send you the private digital link:

• we become aware you are no longer an eligible because you are no longer subscribed to Revolut Ultra or Metal;
• your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted;
• you engage in fraud or material abuse of these Promotions (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or
• you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

5. Please ensure you are aware of the NBA Terms of Use (https://www.nba.com/termsofuse), as well as the Terms of Use (https://www.axs.com/uk/about-terms-of-use_UK_v6.html) of the AXS platform. Revolut will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to these partners.

6. Employees of NBA Entities, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in these Promotions.

7. The NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents are not liable for and will be held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss or damage to an eligible participant who purchases a ticket or tickets, or any third party, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the purchase of ticket/s through the Pre-Sale Ticket Access and/or participation in these Promotions.

8. For customers residing in Spain: Please take into account that these Promotions are subject to the Personal Income Tax as income from movable capital subject to withholding (according to applicable legislation and without prejudice to the provisions of the provincial tax systems). You, as the recipient of the relevant Promotion, must declare an income from movable capital in your savings tax base determined by the full amount of the New Customer Offer received, and may deduct the withheld amount from the personal income tax quote. The full amount of the relevant Promotion will be the New Customer Offer received plus the tax we are obliged to withhold. We will levy on that amount the 19 % withholding tax.

9. For customers residing in Hungary: By participating in these Promotions, you confirm that you understand that any benefit you receive as part of these Promotions may be subject to local income tax in the country of your residence and/or in the local territory where you are tax resident. It is entirely your responsib8ility to declare and pay any tax which may arise from receiving any benefit. Revolut will bear no liability for any tax obligations which may arise from receiving any benefit as part of these Promotions.

10. These Promotion Terms are published in English. The English version of these Promotion Terms shall prevail over translated versions and be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language shall prevail over the English version and be used in any legal proceedings (you can consult the below table to determine whether your local language applies).

11. If you sign up for a Revolut Personal account as part of these Promotions, Revolut will process your personal data in compliance with our Customer Privacy Notice. When you are redirected to AXS' landing page, their Privacy Policy (https://www.axs.com/legal/privacy_policy.html) applies.

These Promotions are organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about these Promotions, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to these Promotions. You can rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
