What is this Promotion about?

Revolut is offering its existing customers and prospective Personal customers residing in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Ireland, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden or the United Kingdom (together, the “Eligible Markets”) the opportunity to take part in the Primavera Sound Barcelona 2026 x Revolut Always-on Ticket Discount Promotion (the “Promotion”) and get an exclusive and unique discount on 2 tickets for the Primavera Sound Barcelona 2026 (4-6 June 2026) (“Event Ticket Discount”):

• 15€ (or currency equivalent) off full weekend tickets (valued at 325€); or
• 10€ (or currency equivalent) off single day tickets (valued at 145€).

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms and the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.

To take part in this Promotion, you must meet the eligibility criteria and complete the required steps set in these Promotion Terms between (12:00 UTC) 29 September 2025 and (23:59 UTC) 7 June 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must have a residential address in an Eligible Market and have an existing Revolut Personal account. If you don’t already have a Revolut Personal account, you must open one in an Eligible Market and successfully pass all identity verification (KYC) checks.

What do I need to do to take part in this Promotion?

Eligible Participants who purchase a ticket for Primavera Sound Barcelona 2026 from the dedicated Revolut landing page (third-party ticketing platform) with a Revolut active card or account, will automatically receive the Event Ticket Discount on the final purchase price.

You can use the Event Ticket Discount for up to 2 tickets (subject to availability), choosing either 2 full weekend tickets or 2 daily tickets. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is not guaranteed.

This Promotion applies solely to the Event Ticket Discount per ticket purchased. You are responsible for paying the remaining ticket price after the discount has been applied, as well as any other costs associated with attending the event.

What other legal information should I know?

1. Primavera Sound Barcelona 2026 in these Promotion Terms refers to Primavera Sound, S.L., company number B61978987.

2. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control and make it impossible for us to offer the promotion. We may suspend or end the Promotion on an individual or promotion-wide basis.

3. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, we will give you notice through relevant communication for how the offer was sent. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.

4. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, that is not due to its fault or gross negligence, as a result of a reasonably unforeseeable event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.

5. We may decide not to grant you Event Ticket Discount if any of the following applies:

• your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted;
• you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or
• you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

6. Please ensure you are aware of the Primavera Sound terms and conditions, as well as the ticketing platform partner terms and conditions. Revolut is not responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to Primavera Sound Barcelona and its event.

7. Employees of the Primavera Sound, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in this Promotion.

8. These Promotion Terms are published in English. The English version of these Promotion Terms shall prevail over translated versions and be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used instead, the local language will prevail over other versions and be used in any legal proceedings (you can consult the below table to determine if your local language applies).

9. Revolut will process your personal data only to provide this Promotion. See our Customer Privacy Notice for details. Primavera Sound will also collect and process your data if you buy tickets—please refer to their Privacy Notice. Primavera Sound will also send any marketing content to you in compliance with applicable data privacy and direct electronic marketing laws. If you do not want to receive marketing from Primavera Sound you must manage your marketing preferences with Primavera Sound directly as this is outside of Revolut’s remit.

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entities that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity,the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion and the prevailing language. You can rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
