Revolut x Finnair, TAP Portugal & Turkish Airlines Promotion

What is this Promotion about?

Revolut is offering its existing customers the opportunity to redeem RevPoints for “Miles” (the reward points earned through an airline's loyalty program) and receive an additional 20% in Miles (“Bonus Miles” or “Offer”) with an “Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme”, Finnair Plus, TAP Miles&Go, or Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles loyalty programmes (the “Promotion”). For example, if you redeem 1,000 RevPoints for Miles, you will receive a total of 1,200 Miles with an Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme.

This Promotion is available to Revolut Personal account customers residing in the United Kingdom and the jurisdictions in Europe in which Revolut BUAB provides services to its customers, excluding Poland (together, the “Eligible Markets”) and will run between 00:00 UTC on March 3, 2025 and 23:59 UTC on March 16, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

These terms (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms, the Personal Terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account and RevPoints Terms and Conditions when participating in this Promotion.

What do I need to do to take part in this Promotion?

To be eligible for this Promotion, you must:

• Live at a residential address in one of the Eligible Markets;

• Be part of an Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme;
• Have no restrictions on your Revolut Personal account;

• Opt-in to the RevPoints loyalty programme (if you haven’t already done so, you can find out how to join RevPoints loyalty programme here) and have at least 1 RevPoint; and
• Redeem your RevPoints for Miles with an Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme during the Promotion Period.

The minimum redemption is 1 RevPoint and maximum redemption is 999,999 RevPoints per transaction. The Bonus Miles will be credited into your Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme account in up to 2 working days after the RevPoints redemption is complete.

What other legal information should I know?

1. All Miles and Bonus Miles you have redeemed Revpoints for under your Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme account will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme. Please pay attention to expiration dates for your Miles (if applicable). Your redemption of RevPoints cannot be reversed. Taxes, government-imposed fees, and any applicable charges may apply on all Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme Miles redemptions and upgrades, subject to their terms and conditions. Individual restrictions under the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme terms and conditions may apply.
2. We may change, suspend, extend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date of the Promotion Period if it is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
3. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and we will give you notice in the same way we announced this Promotion. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
4. Revolut will not be liable for any loss that is not due to fault or gross negligence, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
5. If you close your Revolut Personal account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before the Bonus Miles were due to be awarded to you or between the time of qualifying for the Offer and receiving it, you may lose your entitlement to it.
6. By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you understand that any benefit you receive as part of this Promotion may be subject to local income tax in the country of your residence and/or in the local territory where you are tax resident. It is your responsibility to pay any tax which may arise from receiving any benefit. Revolut will bear no liability for any tax obligations which may arise from receiving any benefit as part of this Promotion.
7. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice. The Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme may also collect personal data about you in connection with this Promotion. See the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme’s privacy notice for more details about how they will handle your personal data. The Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme may also send any marketing content to you in compliance with applicable data privacy and direct electronic marketing laws. If you do not want to receive marketing from the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme you must manage your marketing preferences with the Eligible Airline Loyalty Programme directly as this is outside of Revolut’s remit.
8. These Promotion Terms are published in English and any translation is a courtesy and an unofficial translation only. Participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version. The English language version of these Promotion Terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language version will prevail.
9. This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the following Revolut group entities that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion. You can also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and law of the country where you live.
