What is the promotion about?

This is a promotion where eligible customers can earn three cash giveaways a week for a period of four weeks by engaging with our posts on social media (the “Promotion”). Who is eligible, and how they engage is outlined below.

Who is eligible for the promotion?

Anyone who is a Revolut user in the United Kingdom or in Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain is eligible for this promotion.

By “Revolut user” we mean someone who has completed our signup process, passed our onboarding checks, and has not had their account suspended, closed or restricted. If you are not already a Revolut user, you can sign up as a user and become eligible. It is free to sign up to our Standard plan.

How do I participate?

The Promotion will run for a period of four weeks, with three cash giveaways per week. The participation rules vary from week to week and can be found below.

Duplicate comments will be counted as extra entries, so enter as many times if you like.

What’s the cash giveaway, and how is the winner decided?

There are twelve cash giveaways, totalling £6,000:

3x £300 for Week 1
3x £400 for Week 2
3x £600 for Week 3
3x £700 for Week 4.

Revolut will select 12 individual users to win one cash giveaway each. Three winners will be selected at random from the comments on each of the four official Revolut Instagram posts published for this Promotion.

Winners will be notified via the official Revolut Instagram account and the cash amount will be paid into their Revolut account within two weeks of the end of the relevant week’s Promotion Period. Payments will be converted from GBP to the base currency of the user’s Revolut account.

What other legal information should I know?

In addition, the following terms and conditions apply to this promotion:

This promotion is organised and offered by Revolut Ltd, a company whose registered address is at 7 Westferry Circus, London, E14 4HD.
We can cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions, at any time without notice.
If there are fewer than twelve eligible winning participants, the full prize amount will not be awarded.
Unless a winner objects, winners will be announced in our Instagram Stories in line with our obligations under advertising laws. If you have entered the wrong Revolut username, you will not be eligible to receive an award.
We agree to award cash giveaways in line with these terms and conditions.
We have set four Promotion Periods in these terms and conditions. However, we can extend these periods, or close them early, at any time without notice.
The official version of these terms and conditions is the English version. We may provide transitions as a courtesy, but the English language version shall prevail and be used in any dispute or proceedings.
If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this giveaway (for example attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception) we may in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances.
If you close your Revolut account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before we were due to credit your account with any cashback or between the time of qualifying for the cashback and receiving the cashback that you were entitled to under this Promotion, you will lose your entitlement to the cashback.
Events beyond the control of Revolut may occur that render the awarding of the cashback impossible. Accordingly, Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control.
Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, and representatives and family members of such individuals (or people living in the same household whether related or not) of Revolut, or their corporate partners, parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
Any personal data processed or controlled during the promotion will be dealt with in line with Revolut’s Privacy Policy that governs your particular account.
To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the competent court in England.
