Revolut Pay x RevPoints Booster Promotion

What is the Promotion about?

As part of the Revolut Pay x RevPoints Booster Promotion (the “Promotion”), Revolut is offering existing Revolut customers participating in RevPoints loyalty programme and residing in selected markets (the “Eligible Markets”) the opportunity to earn additional RevPoints when they pay for transactions with selected merchants using Revolut Pay (the “Offer”). Eligible Markets include any jurisdiction where the RevPoints feature is available. The Offer is available for the duration shown on the Revolut app, in an email, SMS or push notification or on our website, or on the merchant’s checkout page (the “Promotion Period”).

The specific information relevant for the Offer will be specified on the payment summary screen of Revolut Pay (the “Revolut Pay Checkout”). The Revolut Pay Checkout will specify:

• Whether a merchant is a selected merchant;
• The number of additional RevPoints you would earn for a transaction with that selected merchant; and
• The time period for which that merchant will be a selected merchant for the purposes of this Offer.

Selected merchants may change from time to time. All RevPoints earned are valid for three years.

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to the Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms, the Personal Terms and the RevPoints Terms at all times when participating in the Promotion.

When are RevPoints awarded?

RevPoints are awarded at the time your payment is debited from your account , not at the time you authorise a purchase or set up a payment through Revolut Pay. If you use Revolut Pay to authorise a future payment, your RevPoints will be issued when the payment is actually charged to your account.

This means that if your payment is charged after the Promotion Period ends, you will not receive any additional RevPoints as part of this Offer, even if you authorised the transaction during the promotional period. Only transactions that are both authorised and charged during the Promotion Period with a selected merchant will qualify for the additional RevPoints.

How do I participate in the Promotion?

To participate in the Promotion, you must:

• have a RevPoints account; and
• complete a purchase with a selected merchant using Revolut Pay during the Promotion Period

What other legal information should I know?

1. We may change, suspend, extend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date of the Promotion Period if there are reasonable grounds to believe that it is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
2. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and we will give you notice in the same way we announced this Promotion. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.
3. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, that is not due to fault or gross negligence, as a result of a reasonably unforeseeable event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
4. We reserve the right to reverse the Offer during the Promotion Period if the payment that earned you the Offer is refunded to you, you earned the Offer fraudulently, if you breach the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account in order to get the Offer, or if we become aware you were not compliant with these Promotion Terms. We will consider the reversal of any Offer to have been done with your consent and the payment to have been authorised by you.
5. If you close your RevPoints account, close your Revolut Personal account or your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted before we were due to award you the Offer or between the time of qualifying for the Offer and receiving it, you will lose your entitlement to it.
6. By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you understand that any benefit you receive as part of this Promotion may be subject to local income tax in the country of your residence and/or in the local territory where you are tax resident. It is your responsibility to pay any tax which may arise from receiving any benefit. Revolut will bear no liability for any tax obligations which may arise from receiving any benefit as part of this Promotion.
7. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice.
8. These Promotion Terms are published in English. Participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version, except if your local language applies instead (please consult the below table to determine if this is the case). The English language version of these Promotion Terms shall apply, prevail, be conclusive and binding and will be used in any legal proceedings. 9. This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. A list of all these entities can be seen below. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered address of each Revolut group entity, the prevailing language and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute that may arise in relation to this Promotion. You can still rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules and law of the country where you live.
