What is this Promotion about?

Revolut is offering its existing and prospective Metal or Ultra customers residing in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or the United Kingdom (together the “Eligible Markets”) the opportunity to take part in the Revolut x Rock en Seine Ticketing Promotion (the “Promotion”) and get the exclusive benefits of a Primary or Garden ticket for the Rock en Seine Festival in 2025.

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms, Personal terms and any other terms and conditions that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.

To take part in this Promotion, you must complete the steps set out in these Promotion Terms between 12 February 2025 (00:00 UTC) and 19 August 2025 (23:59 UTC). We call this the “Promotion Period”.

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must be an existing Ultra and Metal Customer residing in one of the Eligible Countries with no restrictions on your account.

If you do not have an active Revolut Ultra or Metal subscription by the start of the Promotion Period, you can become eligible by upgrading during the Promotion Period, through the dedicated promotion campaign link.

How do I get exclusive benefits for the Ticket Access to Rock en Seine tickets?

If you are an Eligible Participant, you will receive a Promo Code in your Revolut app with a link that will take you to a page on Rock en Seine website where you can purchase tickets for the Rock en Seine Festival 2025 from 12 February 2025.

Redeeming your promo code

You will be able to find your promo code in your Revolut Plan Hub by selecting “Rock en Seine Subscription”. After tapping on “Copy code and redeem”, you will be navigated to the Rock en Seine’s website, where you will need to complete the following steps:

• fill in your personal data, including your email address, name, phone number, and residential address;

• input your promo code at check-out at Rock en Seine’s check-out page to get the discount;

• select your payment method and enter your details to complete the purchase.

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from Rock en Seine with your ticket and relevant instructions.

This Promotion gives you a chance to access discounted ticketing prices. It is allocated on a first come first served basis and limited to the first 150 Metal customers and 150 Ultra customers per festival day who purchase tickets using the Promo Code:

• For Metal customers, you can purchase your Primary Entry ticket for the price of general admission (EUR 20 discount);
• For Ultra customers, you can purchase your Garden Ticket for the price of general admission (EUR 60 discount).

Each Eligible Participant can only purchase one Promotion ticket for their personal use. Any additional tickets will not be discounted.

If you are an existing Revolut Personal customer, you will only receive notifications regarding this Promotion from Revolut if you have opted into receiving third party promotions from us. You can do this in the “Security & privacy” section of the app or, if you are on the latest version of our app, you can find this in the “Notification settings” section.

What other legal information should I know?

1. Rock en Seine in these Promotion Terms refers to the Rock en Seine music festival, the tickets for which are sold by AEG Worldwide.

2. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to offer Discounted Tickets with the Rock en Seine or their affiliates. We may suspend or end the Promotion on an individual or promotion-wide basis.

3. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and we will give you notice through an email, push notification and/or in-app Inbox message. Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.

4. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control, that is not due to fault or gross negligence, which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.

5. We may decide not to grant you the benefit for a discounted ticket if any of the following applies before we are due to send you the private digital link:

• we become aware you are no longer an Eligible Participant because you are no longer subscribed to Revolut Metal or Ultra Paid Plans;
• your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted;
• you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or
• you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

6. Please ensure you are aware of the Rock en Seine T&Cs that apply to the event. Revolut will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to Rock en Seine and their event.

7. These Promotion Terms are published in English. If they are translated into another language, the translation is for reference only and the English language version of the Promotion Terms shall prevail. The English version of these Promotion Terms shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language shall prevail.

8. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice. Rock en Seine may also collect personal data about you in connection with this Promotion. See Rock en Seine's privacy notice for more details about how they will handle your personal data. Rock en Seine will also send any marketing content to you in compliance with applicable data privacy and direct electronic marketing laws. If you do not want to receive marketing from Rock en Seine you must manage your marketing preferences with Rock en Seine directly as this is outside of Revolut’s remit.

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity and the relevant laws and courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion. You can rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
